Ordered customised champagne label for a friends special birthday.
Not delivered.
Poor communication from owner, makes you wonder if even in UK!

Ordered a personalised item for my father’s funeral and there was an error on their end which meant that my Paypal was only charged a third of the cost. The company did not contact me about this, so were clearly happy to keep my part payment without providing a service. I contacted them via email as no surprise they don’t have a phone number even though they advertise they do! I was then told I had to pay the outstanding amount caused by their website problem which I did immediately. I explained that the item would need to be delivered prior to the day of my father’s funeral and they said they could fulfil my request but delivery was attempted at 3pm on the day of the funeral (which took place at 12) so nobody was home as we were all at the funeral and it was too late by then! This company made a stressful event so much worse! Avoid at all costs! I wasted £52 that they refused to refund.

I ordered a personalised bottle label from this site and paid the money. I received an invoice via email, but when the item failed to arrive, I emailed the company to chase the product. No reply. I sent several emails chasing the product but I never got a reply. I then tried to call the number provided on the invoice, but it just beeped and I couldn't get through. I am wondering if this company even exists!?!?!
