We have gone through our records, found the order (which was difficult as the reviewer refused to provide their order number when we repeatedly contacted them to try and resolve the issue) and can confirm that a refund was provided. From our records, there was a payment error with Paypal when we attempted to refund the *£56 order 3 days after the request was made, on the 13th of January, which we communicated to the customer via email. This was later resolved by the 31st of January, as can be seen in our email correspondence and a full refund was provided as requested.
We have various measures in place to ensure that, in the event of device breakage during transit, customers will be sent a replacement item free of charge, or a refund if there is an issue with the product line as a whole.
