We are very happy with GetGreen Moves and the service provided during our business move from Waterloo SE1 to Birmingham. Both the office booking team and the removal team were excellent.
They handled some tricky moments, such as large desks and narrow entrances, professionally and carefully.
Everyone was friendly, kind, and good humoured throughout, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Highly recommended for business relocations.

We moved from purely to a village in North Somerset.Had a very good experience with Getgreen moves.they helped me at every stage from providing boxes for packing.The team who did the removals was very efficient and handled the process with care such a professional and experienced team .They did dismantled the beds and wardrobes properly and fixed them back .They were great value for money and came for the collection of empty boxes after the move .I would highly recommend Getgreen moves.

Get Green were great. Online they were responsive and easy to deal with before the move and really quick on the day. They moved a four bedroom house starting at 9.30am and we we moved into our new house before 4pm. Really hard working and trustworthy. Recommended.

Absolutely loved my moving experience with GGM. From quote through to completion, the staff were all exceptionally helpful. When I realised I’d missed a few things off my inventory they helpfully included them for a really fair price. On the moving day itself, staff were prompt, efficient and really careful with my things. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - and they were much cheaper than some other companies that quoted for the exact same job. A+ service, thanks very much!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. My move wasn’t exactly simple, two different pickup spots in London, packing up some antiques, and getting everything up to Birmingham, but the team made it all look easy.

Right from the start, they were on time, professional, and really had everything under control. They sorted out the whole move smoothly and without any fuss, and the price was totally fair. The guys were friendly, careful with my stuff, and just overall great to deal with. Everything arrived safe and sound, no damage at all.

I’ll definitely be using them again, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a solid moving team.

Excellent service! Getgreen Moves came highly recommended, so I already had high expectations and they exceeded them. The team was fast, professional, and went above and beyond by carefully packing fragile items I hadn’t managed to pack myself. They also dismantled furniture I couldn’t handle alone, including large sliding-door wardrobes. They truly took the stress out of the entire experience and remained courteous and respectful throughout.
My belongings were going into storage, and thanks to their expertise, everything was packed efficiently into a tight space. I highly recommend Getgreen Moves and will definitely be using them again for my next move move out from storage in October. Many thanks to the whole team.

Throughout the process, they were flexible and responsive, promptly delivering items whenever we needed them. The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. We would recommend without hesitation!

I will not be using again and neither would I recommend the company.
My review is not personal to the actual removal men, they, for the most part, grafted hard. My complaint lies with the management, their lack of understanding and communication (unless it was about money demanding immediate payment for a job half done).
The team arrived late, which is fine, these things happen, but this was not communicated to us and we had to call several times before eventually being called back.
We paid extra for the dismantling and reassemble service. Two of the men were here until late in the evening attempting to dismantle a bed frame, in the end they gave up and we were told a specialist team would be back the next day, they returned close to 24 hrs later with a drill! That was the specialist team, a man with a drill. If they'd brought the correct tools, perhaps the job would not have taken two days.
Moving is stressful enough, in my opinion GetGreen management did little to help alleviate that pressure.
