I have emailed them 4 times now about my order and have not received a responce. I just want to know when my order will be delivered since it was ordered and paid for on November 30,2020. It is a Christmas gift for my daughter. I'm writing the review in hopes they will respond to me.

Ordered an item a month ago for a Christmas present. I knew at the time the item would not be available for delivery until 2nd December. I was ok with that. I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago, just to make sure the item would be sent out on the 2nd December. That was confirmed.
2nd December came so I emailed getgoods again to make sure the item was going to be sent out. I receive a reply saying that the item would not not be available until June 2021. I requested a refund. I received an email saying that I had been refunded. I checked but it was a lower amount than I paid. I emailed getgoods about the issue and basically because I paid in UK pounds and it is converted to Euros. When they sent the refund back, the pound had dropped in value so I am now out of pocket with no item. Getgoods have said that isn't their problem.
I will never use this site again. Maybe the worst service I have ever had.

I need only two different capacitors, but I've to buy 3 for one model and 5 for another.
When I wanted to add one product just 1 hour after my order, I was told that it is impossible ! However, the order was registred at Friday afternoon, and the package would not be sent until after 18H00 on Saturday.
They had more than 24 hours, but ther did not want to redo the package .

Tried three times to order, each time the price changed and then appeared to fail to complete transaction. Finally saying item wasn’t available. Either badly designed or I was barring some cookies, as I only allow functional cookies and stop marketing ones. I was using PayPal checkout rather than signing in, so possible that the site got confused about cart being full or empty? Although price changing every time means I won’t try this site again. The item initially advertised on google at £29.95, rising to about £37.

Recently ordered a specialist light by Phillips, it was delivered by UPS quickly considering it was coming from Germany and for a very reasonable price for the product and delivery cost. In fact they charged less for delivery (£3.95) than all the online sellers based in the UK that I came across. It was my first time using this company based in Germany and I found the whole experience from ordering to my item being delivered easy and efficient despite also being the cheapest. I'll definitely be using Getgoods again in the future, thanks guys 👍👍

Very quick delivery , within one day from germany to the netherlands.And that for free! Quality from the blaupunkt speakers are excelent! Fit good in a 1982 audi coupe gt ,and look simular to the originals from then, but with the technics from today...Next time again.I can recommend you this site.Promissed is promissed.

Ordered 10 items, received 1 (without street name on postal address). Then getgoods claimed to send the 9 others to the correct address, but I never received it. Then they cancelled my order, and double the price of the items. Getgoods refused to send me my order and refunded me.

As this is basically Voelkner.de (which sadly does no longer ship outside of Germany), this is a great shop which top notch products. But one (perhaps two) stars off because of the HORRENDOUSLY slow website. It has been this way for ages, and its keeping me from "getting" more goods. The people running this webshop are pretty clueless about the effects of a slow shopping experience. Google for "amazon website latency loss" and see how slowness compares to loss of sales. Sad but true. Get your act together!
