I wouldn’t give them 1 star but had to…

I wouldn’t give them 1 star but had to to write this.
Total scam beware, saw an ad for an espresso coffee machine offer on Facebook market place with free pods, selected item, went to payment, ..got no order confirmation, just an email from getforsports saying I had joined their membership ..they don’t even have coffee machines just suspect cheap sports wear.
They took £19.99 then said I had credits & they had no record of any coffee machine order as they don’t sell them when I complained.
My membership was cancelled but not refunded money..their name wasn’t on the ad I replied to either.
I will be taking this further
