I really like these bras

I really like these bras. They are really soft and comfotable. So nice to not to hsve underwire for the first time in many years. The fit is so much bettet, no gapig or wierd bulging in the cups. The back has not ridden up once, not even during my yoga class and not had to constantly pull shoulder straps back up.
Hsd a small issue with one bra and that has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Only one slight downside it took a biy linger thsn i hoped to arrive.
I wish I'd found cherries years ago!

So happy with these bras

So happy with these bras. I was going back and forth between placing an order and I finally did when I saw the buy 2 get 5 and first off what a deal and secondly what great bras! They fit great. The costumer service is also amazing! They were quick and helpful and soooo nice!! I spoke with Jerald at support for help with one of the bras and he was quick and so kind and gave me all the info and things I needed to make a return on one of the bras (I got the wrong size) quick and stress free

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been trying to return my order since May 11 - that is over a MONTH of chasing a broken return portal, sending screenshots of errors, filling in multiple forms, and receiving nothing but copy-paste apologies and empty promises.

Their return portal refused to accept my address. I sent screenshots. They said it was escalated. They said it was fixed. It was NOT fixed. Then silence for over 11 days. One month later, no refund, no return label, no resolution - just being passed around and strung along.

I have now demanded a full refund and warned them of a chargeback. I should not have had to get to this point. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid if you ever want to return anything.

Straight off the bat, there is something off about this company. I placed an order 7 days ago and never received any type of confirmation email or text that my order has been successfully placed. Hoping that the £70 that has come out of my account will eventually materialise into a real delivery :(

Absolutely love these! Quality is amazing.

I recently bought 5 bras from Getfitcherries, and I am so incredibly impressed with the quality of all of them!

The Anytime Seamless has easily found a spot in my daily rotation—it’s absolutely perfect under T-shirts. I also love the 24/7 Lift, which gives just the right amount of lift and shape for my V-cut tops, dresses, or date nights.

I will definitely be buying more in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service!

I’d like to start off with saying that Cherries has amazing customer service and support. They are very friendly and always finding solutions for each customer.

The reason I put a 4 star, and not a 5, is that the bras had some loose threads and didn’t look like a brand new bra. Other than that, the quality is great and their bras are very comfortable.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size bra, and the company made the exchange process incredibly easy.
They didn't even require me to return the original bras-they simply sent me the correct size right away. The bras are high quality, comfortable, and well-made. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and treats customers so well. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely order from them again

I feel... Supported.

I ordered for two of the women in our house. The sizes for the 1st fitted perfectly. The sizes for the 2nd, not so much. What was fantastic is how the team responded to the "bad" fits. Back and forth to determine not just the next steps, but also questions to try to understand what wasn't fitting where to get the right size! I bought bra from this company under a “buy 2, get 3 free” promotion. When the bra arrived, I carefully hand-washed it before use. I also ordered a bra with a front lock/zipper system.
Unfortunately, after just three days of use, the zipper/lock on that bra broke.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails—at least seven—but I have not received any response to my issue. This has been very disappointing, especially considering the lack of customer service when there is a problem.
What I also find striking is that they are very quick to ask for reviews on Trustpilot. I received follow-up messages within hours encouraging me to leave a review. So when they want feedback, they respond very quickly, but when there is damage or a complaint, they simply do not reply at all.

Overall, I find this experience very disappointing due to the poor durability of the product and the complete lack of response to customer support requests.

Great bras & great customer service

There bras fit great! I just had to return a few as I was figuring out what style I liked. They were very helpful and generous as they helped me figure out how to exchange a couple of my items.

My only change would be to make the return or exchange process a little simpler and more clear on how to start a return, but there customer service is great!

Awful company, avoid like the plague!

Awful company. Impossible to actually get refunded for any returns. I ordered several bras and the sizing was so variable, none of them fit. Poor quality and did not meet the descriptions. The total cost was just over £61 (with their special discount deals!). I had to send multiple emails to actually have the returns "allowed" and then when they were, I was told I would have to pay postage to send them to the Netherlands! This was nearly £15. I used a fully tracked & signed for service and I now can see that after arriving in the Netherlands the package has not been accepted on delivery to the company address. So now it is classed as missing in the post system, it is impossible to get compensation as it does not fall under this country's regulations and I have lost over £76! Absolute sham of a company, avoid like the plague unless you want to also lose significant amounts of money!

Itty bitty titty committee upgrade

I am a loyal member of the itty bitty titty committee but these bras have given me a whole breast augmentation . The cleavage is there . The boobs are boobing . Even the customer service is top tier . I have no notes . Get you one so you can enjoy adding a couple cup sizes to your boobies !!!
