I purchased a dronemotion lite 4K from their website on 12th December 2023, it claimed delivery 2-5 working days. It arrived 28th December 2023 faulty, not as described. Despite spending hours going through the setup videos and checking everything we could it didn't work properly.
1. the 4k camera was in fact 1080p
2. the GPS didn't work at all
3. the wind resistance did nothing
4. the camera was upside down
5. half the buttons on the controller didn't work.
After days emailing the company and responding to their repetitive requests for information, they stopped answering. I decided to contact my bank to report this as fraud. Their Trust pilot rating on their website says 4.8/5.0., they claim to be a UK company, and their support is non-existent.

Do not buy drones from this website!
As a company, we purchased this as a thank-you gift for one of our employees on the 20th of January 2023 (still do not have it and lost the money).
The drone was not dispatched for one month and a half without communication. They do not have a phone number, and nobody replies in the chat.
After several emails asking to cancel the order, they finally replied, saying that they had delays and that the drone would be delivered "soon". Once again, without providing any tracking number or link.
After I asked for it, they reply saying, "we will cancel the order". The day after we received an email saying "your order was delivered". But of course, it wasn't.. and we could not find the item anywhere, and there was no slip through the door or any info.

I have sent 3 emails since asking about it and nobody ever replied.
IT IS A SCAM they steal your money do not buy from it!
