I have left a review this company deserves.
They have blocked my emails. Goods did not arrive. They sent emails offering me to keep the goods and they will refund me 60% of money paid!! Absolutely absurd. I am taking them to Court as they are holding my money for goods not received. Please do not buy from this company. I have never dealt with a company this poor.

Disappointing is an understatement.
I so wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
The company is fraudulent, portraying to be U.K. based when in fact they are in China.
My item did not arrive, so I waited the 8 working days as in the terms & conditions before e mailing them. No acknowledgement.
My saving grace was PayPal. I explained the situation and I was refunded immediately.
DO NOT BUY FROM DORE. It’s a SCAM

Fraudsters beware. I usually Google a new company but didn't this time, typical when it's the one with horrific reviews. They charge you but never actually send the item/s.

I ordered a dress in December , still waiting for the dress , to arrive , which I though was shipped from London

This Company made the return of an item very difficult although the item I received was too small. I am currently waiting for a 50% refund plus keeping the useless to me item offered. I accepted as have had enough. Still waiting for my refund. Never again will I deal with this Company

SCAM!!!! Avoid. Emails undeliverable not contact. Ordered months ago. Out of pocket now. Stay away. Wish i had read the reviews first.

DO NOT BUY! I wish I’d read reviews on this company before ordering. What a total scam. The item I ordered took much longer than the shipping dates state on the website and was the worst quality Item ever seen in my life. Shocking. The website states it’s a trusted family run company. It’s certainly not o be trusted and not family run. When I emailed wanting a refund they kept saying they would give me 20% of the money back or 30% when I replied no I want the full refund. Eventually they agreed to the refund but that I have to pay for all the shipping to china and they deduct 25% off the refund for “re stocking” it.

This is a total lie.

Family business????? Do not get fooled they are Chinese scammers and never sending you the item you paid for

Like all the other reviews I have just read, wish I'd done my reading prior to ordering. Ordered so called orthopaedic shoes, on sale. Thought I was ordering local goods only to discover the goods were being shipped from China. Very deceptive marketing by this despicable company. A little hiccup with the money from my account caused concern I was being scammed. Had to chase the order relentlessly, with emails being returned, undeliverable. More concern I was being scammed. Package finally arrived. Quality of shoes extremely poor, actually one shoe is defective. Too small. I ordered UK size not Chinese. And poor, poor, shoddy quality plastic shoes. So disappointing and after reading reviews, satisfied myself hardly worth demanding a refund. Can they not be reported to the Ombudsman or some official body? They shouldn't be allowed to continue to operate.
If possible would not rate any star at all. ZERO. Steer clear.

This company orders its stuff from Shein or Temu then charges triple the price. Delivery is not as stated on website and takes ages to arrive. What you get is very poor quality, doesn’t fit and then is impossible to return.

Don’t touch this with a barge pole, tried to contact them by return email which was sent back to me undeliverable bought a jacket poor quality I certainly wouldn’t have bought this had I seen it in a shop

I so wish I had read reviews, I am now £45 down, and have no way of contacting this scam company.
I ordered a coat. I've got no order number confirmed and Get Dore account shows no orders. However, they have taken the money.
Please think twice before ordering I wish I had!

I placed my order on plenty of time for Christmas but it didn't arrive. Tried to contact them on the e-mail address provided but the e-mails bounce back as un-deliverable. Fortunately I payed through PayPal and they have refunded me.

Ordered a jumper for my partner for Christmas. It never arrived and they didn't answer my emails. Thankfully I had made the purchase through PayPal and literally within minutes of raising the scam with them the money was back in my account. Well done PayPal. Not so well done Getdore

If I could give this Company 4 fat zeros then I would.
Do not be taken in by this being a small family business in London, they are a scam Chinese company. The quality of goods is nowhere near what they are showing on line. Material is sub standard and will probably fall apart in the wash. The cheap flimsy zip will break with 4 uses.
You cannot contact them from the email address it will bounce back undelivered.
I made PayPal aware of this scam and after investigating they found in my favour and refunded what I had paid. DO NOT GETDORUSE

This company can improve in every way...
Make the products as good as the photos they put online
Make the products the correct size
Make the products easy to return for refunds
DO NOT CON PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY

This company is fake, and I will be reporting them to trading standards, can't be bothered to return the crap they sent me. Looks nothing like the pictures. From now on I'm not buying clothes online again. Complete scam, should be in jail.

It doesn't deserve the 1 star I have given it. Item not worth the money I paid. Size doesn't match what they say online, was too small. Come to return it and they don't give a full refund like it says as on top of shipping costs they want to charge a restock fee which isn't mentioned anywhere. Would not recommend using getting anything from them.

My goods arrived today 19th Dec, the item is cheap, badly made from China.
These people just want to take your money, no customer service, no chance of a refund, would be embarrassed to donate to a charity shop.

Terrible cheap and nasty poor quality. Trainers were not the size they were supposed to be. Late arriving. Won’t offer a refund charge a restock fee! Do not go near this company
