Ordered a watch as a birthday present

Ordered a watch as a birthday present, was ordered on the 2nd of august, after no updates for over a week and 2 messages left with them, I got a reply saying they would be shipped between the 10th and 17th of August at the latest, it’s now the 21st of August, with 3 or 4 more messages sent, and no response or updates whatsoever, I would avoid this company purely due to their customer service.
EDIT - now on the 2nd of September, 1 full month since ordering and I’m still not getting any replies or updates, I’m now forced to try and get a refund through my bank as they have no options to cancel an order and of course they’re not replying to my emails so I have no chance through that route.
