Since I started with the program my score as went down. This is scam it's just about money I like to find people who left the comments they you post saying they score went up not was all a lie . I will persue legal action against dispute for scaming people out they money

I requested a dispute letter be sent…, yet nothing

I requested a dispute letter be sent out twice for one company sometime ago, and then one other letter to a different company recently. I was charged $45 for all three letters, but up till now, I have not heard anything from the company the letters were "assumed" sent out to.

For the recent letter, I have emailed you three times asking if my letter has been sent to or received by the company, yet no response from you, yet you already charged me. If you know your customer service email does not work then why do you have a website? Maybe it might be better if letters are sent out or received by the company the letter(s) are sent out to before charging one's bank.

In addition, it will be ok if you can at least let people know their letters were received by the company it was sent to. Alternatively, give a tracking number for customers to track when the letter(s) has been received by the company it was sent out to.

This business you created is a very good one to help people out, but frankly it is falling short. For the first time I knew about your website and used its services then, it worked perfectly, for I received responses from the companies immediately as they tried to resolve the issue so it does not escalate to the court. But now it is not the same, no response, which may mean that probably the letters were not sent out?

Kindly improve on your services to help people out and it will also help you get more customers and more money for your business. Thanks for reading.

Frustrated and disappointed

A school took $4500 and never delivered the services. I first did a demand letter with this company and after the defendant didn’t respond, I went the small claims direction. I paid more $ and also paid for an online notary who confirmed that my paperwork would be filed with the court. I kept my monthly subscription thinking getdispute was assisting me. Months have gone by and I’ve heard nothing. I called the court only to find out nothing was filed and nobody at getdispute responds to my emails. I went to this company for help only to be screwed over again! From other reviews I just read, it says they no longer file court paperwork so why was I led to believe they did. Why would I have spent the extra $ on an online notary if it wasn’t going to get filed? I wasted more money I didn’t have to find out this company did nothing. Where do I go from here? Why mislead people that are needing your help? Please refund my money if you don’t intend to file the court documents.

Do not use their service!

Do not use their service!! I paid over $300 total for them to file my small claim papers. Waited almost 6 months for my court date. I arrived to court, and the judge instantly dismissed my whole case because the papers were filed incomplete. I contacted customer support, and they said it was a software issue on their end. They didn’t offer me any solution. No re-file, or no refund. Complete waste of money, but more importantly TIME! Save your time, and choose a different company.

be careful they dont do what they take money for

Update due to the answer from Dispute ...
1.I lost the case due to wrong filling nothing else, you mixed the situation and misinforming people, and my case was refilled by you for extra money even though you knew that was not my fault what happen on the end judge dismissed my case due to filling wrong documents filled by you.
2. You still charging people today promising that you will file the cases in court we check that today ....you are lying here and that is not ok .
3. You gave me company from California knowing that I'm in Massachusetts...big help ....
I'm with this company for about 1 year, filled one case with huge delay and problems, but lost the case due to wrong-filling documents, and the company dispute tells you they help:-)Dispute makes you pay for a subscription but they dont do what their website advertises, I was waiting a long time for my case to be filled in court and I just find out today that they don't file the cases in court anymore, they just falsely advertise that they do. that should be illegal;

Unfortunately, it was a different company's service you purchased (Lexense) that resulted in the dismissal of your case. I believe we confirmed this with you on the phone in June 2022.

As for your subsequent purchase of a small claims filing document, we issued you a refund on 2/27/2023 due to the misunderstanding of us no longer filing these documents with the courthouse. It should post back to your account in a few days. We're in the process of updating copy on our website to weed out further miscommunication.

I was really impressed with GetDispute…

I was really impressed with GetDispute as I searched online with ways to sue my Property Management and GetDispute popped up as one of many company's to use. I picked it and selected the option to have a Demand Letter sent to the Property Managers, since they did not address or offer what I expected when I reported them and filed a complaint with BBB as the first stop. I later send a Demand Letter from GetDispute, and they later responded to offer me a deal on my January 2023 rent. Ashamed that the incident happened in Feb. 2022, and it took me to go through almost a year for them to do the right thing. Thanks to GetDispute, we were able to settle the matter without me moving forward to take them to Small Claims Court. GetDispute is wonderful, convenient, fast, easy-to-use, and they do what they say they are going to do in a professional manner. I will highly recommend them and use them again in the future if needed. Thanks again, for helping me enforce my tenants rights, after they would not reimburse me at first!

Exceptional service

The customer relations and service is by far exceptional they explained each step answered all questions with answers that made it easy for me to understand and responded to my emails in a timely manner I will recommend them to our community center as a lot of my neighbors like to base decisions on word of mouth and reviews

SCAM: This service simply does not work

This service simply does not work, they did not deliver on their promise and simply said "hey, we just send the letter, we cannot guarantee delivery".

My recourse was to pay them to send a second letter. Customer service could have resolved this easily, but chose not to.

Although everything else I have sent to the address has been successfully delivered, the extra $5 for them to fix this is over-ridden by their profit margin.

This is not a reputable business, avoid

This company really help me out. They were really quick, got my paperwork back in two days. I will definitely use this company again if I’m in need. Would recommend to anyone needing to file court papers, or anything of that sort.
