I had a great experience using Digsy. Their customer service is second to no one. They are extremely helpful and knowledgable people. I would recommend to everyone and will be using their service in the future.

I would highly recommend Jeff Foster and Digsy. I can honestly say he is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with in any profession. I would highly recommend Jeff Foster and Digsy to anyone interested in leasing commercial property.

I found Digsy on Google and sent them an internet query... hoping for the best, but thinking it might not pan out because how many random businesses you find on the internet turn out to be stellar, you know?

Within 15 minutes of the internet request, I got a call from a very friendly someone saying that they'd received my query and that a broker should be reaching out to me shortly. Later that day, I got an email from Derek Newton (a phenomenal broker!!) connecting with us about our needs. Shortly after that, I got an email from Andrew Bermudez (Digsy CEO) checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and that all our needs were met.

Derek was absolutely fantastic and very patient with us (brand new business owners who'd never done this before) even though our needs were relatively small. We recently signed our lease and we got a follow up email from Andrew again thanking us for using Digsy. This is a truly wonderful company and I will be singing their praises for many years to come. Do I sound like a real person? I hope so. I promise I'm not a fake review!! Promise, promise! I really did just have the best experience with Digsy.

Wow. Horrible. "None of our experts said yes to assisting you? "Who says that to a customer. Super blunt and snobby. It's just too bad because I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

I was looking for specific space within a very tight nonprofit Budget. I had met with a number of agents who were not responsive, much less aggressive. Katherine Tong was responsive, committed, and I felt she had our best interests at heart, no matter the size of her commission. Digsy came through for my company.

We are a small Aerospace Manufacturing facility that was in the Commercial Real Estate market looking for a new location. Being a small family owned business, we had a lot of expectations for our new location, for our growth, and for our future. To many it may seem like just another office building, but to us, it was putting food on our families tables, and a way for us to give back to the communities we grew up in. Unfortunately for most realtors, they do not see this, they only see the monetary value and the commissions. We were looking for a " smaller commercial space, and most realtors deemed us as not worth their time. Through Digsy we found William Sisk.

He is an AMAZING realtor. He sent us listing instantly that related to what we were looking for. He was patient with our needs, and met us as soon as he could, if we saw a listing we were interested in. After many multiple offers and fail attempts, we were able to find a new location. We are happy to say that we are moving in soon, and could not be happier.

Jeff Foster listened to all of our needs and found a great location for us. He went above and beyond and negotiated out all of our tenant improvements that we needed. He was in constant communication and provided consistent feedback. We would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Looking for an office space was fairly easy thanks to my specialist at Digsy. J'aime Kim (TPG Commercial) was extremely helpful and persistent every step of the way. She was constantly checking in to make sure that my needs were still the same, or if they had changed. When a new property would become available she would update me with all of the information, and when we ultimately found a place, she seemed genuinely excited for us that we had settled into our new office space.
