Been a member since 2019. Used Croissant across Berlin, Budapest, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Rio and more - genuinely loved it.

In November 2025 they changed the pause policy to 45 days. Fair enough going forward, but I had 40 hours of credits accumulated under the old policy that I couldn't use (few locations in SE Asia).

When I asked for any accommodation - an extension, credit, anything - they refused, citing "we reserve the right to update policies."

Those 40 hours cost ~£116 to accumulate. They're effectively gone.

If you travel and rely on pausing, know that the rules can change and your credits aren't as protected as you think.

Cancelling today after 7 years.

I used to love Croissant. However, it turns out the rolled-out hours are applied from the most recent, which makes it impossible to access the "older" savings. I'm losing 90 hours in the next 2 months and will eventually lose all my hours. It's designed to make you lose hours. They should allow users to use the older hours first. If, like me, you don't really have set routines, you will lose money.

So easy to use and the staff are absolutely a joy to work with. I reached out to support for help recently and she was quick. efficient and super helpful

Croissant is a game changer for me using the wonderful co-working spaces in the area. It enables me to just pay for the time I’m there, when that type of hourly option is not available from the space themselves. I’ve been using the app for about one year, and the few times I’ve had any issues with the app, or just had general questions, the Croissant team have been quick to help and with a friendly attitude. Unless you’re a full member of a space, this app is gold.

Have been to about 5 co-working spaces so far. I only use them when I don't have many calls, so for me it's been a great value add.

Great way to check out different coworking spaces in multiple cities, I always use it when I’m abroad. Their customer support is also very attentive, always quick to give us solutions to any problem. Highly recommend!

They are very responsive and very willing to work with customers on issues of billing, or switching account settings, and generally have great customer service if problems come up.

I've been using Croissant for years--not just in the United States, but all over the world. It's wonderful to be able to pop into a space whether you're in California or the United Kingdom and have access to a safe environment, a clean desk, fast wifi, a cup of tea and an atmosphere of productivity. I highly recommend them to friends in search of a co-working space or an office for the day.

Useful app to work from anywhere! Love that they also offer spaces in hotel lobbies. Shout out to Viktoria from the Croissant team who has been really helpful with my queries/requests as well.

Great customer service when I've needed to amend check-in/out hours. Quick response time. Both AI bot and human customer service agents. Nice app to use.

Super helpful customer support! Just found out you can pause your membership without loosing credits for when and if your co-working needs change.

Used Croissant over the last couple of summers and have been very happy about it.

Only hiccups, on both occasions,were with payment methods. Contacyed support and they very quickly helped out and got everything settled and even improved the flow so the issues were addressed.

I used Croissant in Barcelona and it was so easy to set up in the city. Therefore are a lot of space to chose from and the handling is extremely easy.

Highly convenient, super flexible and great value!
