Awful customer service
Please can someone help! I can’t get in touch with anyone, I’ve sent numerous emails and DM’s on Instagram regarding the fact I have had no update on when my trainers will be dispatched or delivered. (Despite them still managing to post pictures of new styles on their feed). It’s now been almost 3 weeks since placing the order. This is awful customer service!

I ordered these shoes over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t been shipped and it says not to contact for over 7 days, I’ve contacted by email and Instagram and not reply, very disappointed to spend that amount of money on shoes and not receive them over even get the decency for a reply…

Got them in the end but no comms!
Placed order and they took the money all ok, then waited for days and days and still no trainers. No response to multiple emails and no telephone number on their site to call. Very dissapointed. But then all of a sudden out of the blue the post man delivered the trainers which are perfect - this company needs to up their comms. No tracking provided and no comms. But the trainers are here and they are great!
