I highly recommend Get Cracking. This was my 3th shipment from Ireland to Greece and I have to say this company was the best (sad didn't use them before). Don was engaging promptly during the process, from the quote till the delivery. The pallet was packed perfect, not an inch was wasted, and my household was delivered with 0 loss or damage. Also, Don offered the best prices (I did a good market research).

The whole process was very well organized and all emails were responded to very promptly.
The team who packed and transported our belongings were extremely polite, helpful and careful with our stuff. Everything arrived promptly.

Was migrating from Ireland to Germany and the whole process has been great. Patrick in sales was very helpful with my initial queries & giving me some tips about packing everything securely. The pickup date went super quick & then finally the drop off was perfect also. All my items were undamaged so I'm a happy man!

They quoted 2-3 week delivery time and it was two and a half so spot on to them.

I would highly recommend Don and his wonderful team at Get Cracking . They packed up my house in September 2025 within a few hours. They made it look effortless and were extremely well organised and careful with the furniture. They delivered my furniture to my new home in February 2026 after keeping it safe in storage. The delivery of furniture was just as smooth and effortless and the lads were so nice and helpful on both occasions. A very professional and personable company to deal with, from my first phone call to the final delivery and reassembly of my furniture. Five stars. We were initially really concerned about packing the entire house and moving, but the GetCracking quickly set our mind at ease from initial conversations and quoting and collection of our goods in Co.Mayo, Ireland to the ahead-of-schedule delivery to our home in Murcia, Spain.

Everything arrived in good order, all of the people we dealt with were professional and friendly and I'd highly recommend them to anyone moving (national or international) for peace of mind and reasonable prices.

I've moved house in Ireland 7 times, and I used different companies. Sometimes my choice was based on the cheapest price, sometimes based on convenient timing, sometimes based on someone's recommendation. Get Cracking is a bit more expensive than many others, but in my case the extra pays off, because they take care of everything, and do it carefully and professionally. With Get Cracking, I don't have to carry fragile items myself so movers don't damage them, I don't have to touch paint walls and doors hit by the movers, I don't have to fix the damaged furniture, I don't have to clean the garbage and dirt in my house.
Ultimately, based on my experience with Get Cracking twice, I can recommend them for everyone who is looking for professional and careful movers, who will take care of everything for you.

Though at least my items arrived safely, everyone answered to me promptly, the initial touch with Sales person was professional, the ground staff was professional, and I appreciated a small gesture made for me due to a miscommunication.

But it took 1 month (vs 1 week announced) to deliver my goods... 1.5 month if we count from the time I made the bank transfer ! it really makes me question how they plan their operations.

Also the communication overall is really something they should improve. The accounting team does know how to communicate, they made me feel like my delivery is kept hostage until I pay even the slightest missing amount ("we miss 50e from a new unexpected invoice, before we proceed with delivering the belongings of ALL YOUR LIFE, we will wait for your answer a week or two and follow up at some point see if you received our email"... LOL I am exaggerating but I felt this way)... They waited until the absolute very last minute to tell me when is the delivery time and date, preventing to plan my life, especially when it's been a month I waited and moved on to a more settle life (without my belongings...). They don't have named email address... when a member of 'operations at getcracking.com' goes on leave... you receive an absence notification making me feel like the entire company's operation stopped lol (but rest assured they have more than one person in operations, it is just the initial effect when you read the first time that is scary... Or maybe it is a sign that they rely too much on one single person... I don't know).

Relocation delivery is extremely sensitive, you give all your belongings to a transporter. You need them quick and you need visibility. It is a stressful period and you want to move on and feel settled as soon as possible... Hence I did not have a good time dealing with Get Cracking...

But to conclude, I still want to highlight that my experience could have been an exception (I really hope for them and their customers) and that my delivery arrived safely.

Anyway, my delivery arrived safely and I don't put a completely bad rating because of this

Used Get Cracking for an office relocation. They handled all our IT equipment and furniture with zero issues. Professional, on time, and great communication from start to finish.

Get Cracking were used as a freight forwarder for an international move into the UK. Before the final delivery
took place, i.e. our contents were already on their truck, they increased the charges for extra help for unloading, which they insisted must be paid beforehand. 590 euros is a lot extra for 2 extra removal helpers for max 4 hours work. Additionally, before the final delivery, the timing was constantly changed. The removal van, when it arrived, was dirty and wet inside. We do not recommend Get Cracking.

Be careful when dealing with Get Cracking. On September 13, they left our furniture unattended which fell with the wind, damaging both the furniture and the house door. Despite the fact they said they would repair our house door, they failed to repair it properly. They do not have a proper dispute resolution. We shared all correspondence with our landlord who appreciated our efforts and had the house door repainted. It is very disappointing how Get Cracking, which seemed to provide a proper service initially, is not really interested in client satisfaction.

GetCracking provided expert service when I needed to relocate two sofas from my attic to ground floor level. This required navigating a tight and awkward turn on a stairs with a low pitch on the ceiling. The guys made light work of task and were a pleasure to deal with.

In February, my shipping company (Upackweship/EuroUSA) had Get Cracking pack up my shipment of family heirlooms in Northern Ireland for shipping to the USA. The two packers seemed professional and were polite and tidy; and I pretty much left them to it. When the shipment arrived in the US in June (much later than anticipated, but that's another story), the Get Cracking staff on this side of the pond alerted me to some breakages. Parts of the frame of an oil painting were broken off, as was a decorative trim to an antique mirror and the back of an antique chair. The reason? They hadn't appropriately protected the pieces in packing materials. Moreover, two crystal dishes that have been in my family for decades were completely smashed. Why? They had been wrapped in a single piece of paper, while my sturdy brass candlesticks were wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap. The company was not at all helpful when I wrote to them to complain, passing the buck for their error and, because the insurance company EuroUSA offered me didn't go through them, said there was nothing they could do to compensate.

If you go through these two companies, I would recommend taking out insurance with Get Cracking (so they take more responsibility for their part in the packing) and literally watching as the packers pack up each of your valuables. Do not leave them to it as I did. Also, make sure the packers this side unpack everything for you. This was such a long, drawn out ending to what should have been an easy process and I am deeply disappointed in the experience.
