DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The product came 2 months later and when I requested a refund they kept directing me to their website for refund policy instead of sending the shipping label to me.
Absolutely waste of money it did not even arrive and I can't get a refund dusgusting another scam
I bought 4 of these devices as gifts. On receipt I opened one and realised that they are essentially a metal funnel and no replacement for vaping at all. I contacted the company because they claim if you return the items undamaged in original packaging within 30 days you will get a refund. But when I tried to get a refund they refused to give it to me stating that the items need to be defective. That is not what is stated on the website. Essentially its £60 down the drain. Don't waste your money.
