Easy, bluetooth connectivity to the phone without having to re-sink. The carplay navigation is easy and reliable. And the dashcam is very useful, it even gives regular reminders to format the memory.

Great Car Tablet
Great car tablet to use for Android Auto (for google maps) when your car itself doesn't support it! Love how large it is to view the map quickly while driving and how seamlessly it connects to my phone.

The customer service team was very nice to work with. They were very patient and understanding when I addressed the slight malfunction of the tablet. With their help, my car tablet has been working great ever since. I know that I can report any issues, should they come up, and they will address the issue. Great product and great customer service.

This product is overall just amazing, it’s so easy to set up and use, high quality touch screen with tons of settings to suit everyone’s needs, it’s super fast with no delay between your phone even when using the CarPlays touch screen. Nice product… make sure it works for your set up
We ended up not being able to use the product ordered. It is a nice product and I would recommend it. Unfortunately returns go to China, which I was not aware of. The company offered us a partial refund to not send back to China. I was satisfied with this after some discussion.

First rate product and service
First of all I think this Car Tablet Pro Max is an excellent product and amazing value. It was extremely easy to set up, even for an old technophobe like myself. My music sounds a lot better and navigation is far easier with the big screen.
But all of that doesn’t make a great product or company, I have had a couple of questions for the Car Tablet people, and they have answered in person, no robots. Plus the answers have been quick, very helpful and best of all, courteous. Courtesy to me is of huge importance in this dismissive world.

I would rate them zero if I could. I bought 2 CarTablet Pro Max devices and BOTH shut down within minutes, if not seconds of being connected. I requested a return and refund, and was asked to provide videos, images and to run through several tests, which I DID. They then continued to request more assistance for their engineers, which I'm sorry, isn't my problem. I provided the evidence that these don't work ON VIDEO and have commented here to help others AVOID BUYING THIS and SUFFERING the same AWFUL 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY. IT DOESN'T WORK!
