I went to seek out a car broker after several dealerships would not accept the true car price for a Cadillac lyric 2026 new.
Finding Carhax came from a Facebook post and I’m glad I called them.
The conversation as to what I should be paying for my car versus what I’m being quoted was a significant difference, and in that conversation, it was shared that if they could not meet the price that they were thinking, I would not have to pay..

With that being said, they went to find me the car I was looking for which was a 2026 premium luxury Cadillac lyric. Black exterior with black leather - which is not as easy as it sounds.
Through several searches and possible deals (dealers caused the deal to fail) - we found the car 10k below msrp.
Carhax worked hard for me and I am not complaining. This was 3k below true car pricing and I got what I was asking for.
I recommend this team as they do know the price the car should be and they know the language needed that the customer gets what they deserve. At a time I need another car - these are the people I’m coming back to

So I had the pleasure of working with Dean and honestly the entire experience was pretty awesome. I was in the market for particular Tesla Model and type and Dean did a great job not only locating the vehicle but getting a walk out of the door price that I was able to simply step in on and make a decision. Searching for a particular type of Tesla narrowed the number down drastically and made the search a bit harder but again, Dean came through fully. The only qualm I have is earlier in the process due to specificity of Tesla I was looking for, there was a slight lack of attention to detail to the particular number but after correcting that issue, the experience was absolutely perfect. If I'm in the market for used or new car again, Dean and the Car Hax team will definitely be my first call. I've already suggested their services to numerous friends. Great company, great team!

I had an excellent experience working with CarHacks. I’m based in California, but they helped me secure a truck out of state in Louisiana, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

They searched dealerships nationwide to find the exact truck I wanted: a Ford Raptor with the 802A package and 37-inch tires, with the precise color and equipment spec I was looking for. Nationwide market value for this configuration is around $77,000, and the listing price on the vehicle we found was $74,000.

CarHacks negotiated the price down to $70,000, which means they secured the truck for about $7,000 below market value and $4,000 below the listing price. That level of negotiation alone made their service worth it. It was such a good deal that I wasn’t even required to have GAP.

They also helped review financing options. I had already lined up financing through my credit union, but they negotiated with the dealership and managed to secure a rate 0.01% lower, which ended up being the best option. Because of that, we went ahead and financed directly through the dealership.

Right now I’m just waiting on the final financing documents to sign, and they’re still checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly.
