Refund after receiving damaged kitchen unit
I received my kitchen unit damaged! After my mail to Getcamping.se about it I received an answer that the money would be refunded and that the kitchen unit was to be put to trash bin!

Product as to be expected and fast delivery.
What wasn’t that good is that FedEx, who delivers the Getcamping goods, only sends an email on what day they will deliver not when that day.

bad shopping experience
=I experience two shopping within 30 days from getcamping worth of more than 10000 kr.
=Product quality is just okay---many damages appears in items.
=The return policy is not up-to Swedish standar.
=Almost no damage compensation is- indeed when damages detected getcamping has a policy to do more business instead of compensation.
=Getcamping has their own way of business which is really not acceptable.

Fast delivery perfect price
I bought a tent (Robens goshawk 2ex) for a very good price. The delivery was as pronounced to an DPD Pickupstore nearby. The Product was original packed and fabric new. I like the tent very much it's a palace for me and my dog. The communication with the store was very good. Over every step of the process I was informed by email. Very trustworthy.
