I called in wanting to get a deal for a hotel stay. The conversation went left after he asked me where did I live instead of asking what was the address on my drivers license. Once he felt he was challenged he didn’t allow me to speak and then told me I was not eligible and disconnected the call. I tried to call back and it stated I was ineligible and it wouldn’t transfer me. I called from another cell phone number and unfortunately I got the same person David. He shouted at me and told me he already flagged these cell phone numbers as ineligible when actually I am eligible and I meet the requirements. I am unable to complain to a supervisor or manager as my number prevents me from getting pass. They claimed all calls are recorded which I’m not sure that’s accurate because this guy should be released from representing westgate with his attitude. I will also complain directly with westgate for using such company as a third party. This review is NOT the last they will be hearing from me on.

Was told I wasn’t old enough to qualify. Woman on the phone went to ask to be sure and came back, told me I could pay $110 PER NIGHT instead of $99 for the weekend. When I said no thank you, she hung up as I was in the middle of asking her another question . Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The manager of concierge services was very hospitable and our accommodation was just awesome. We were very pleased as owners. Stayed from September 16th thru 19th

First of all the treatment we received from everyone on site at the Smoky Mountains resort was top-notch. We don't have one negative thing to say. We actually bought a time share right on top of the mountain. Our view is spectacular. I would recommend them to anyone. Our representative that we had was nothing but professional. We now have made a friend after our experience. The resort has a lot of amenities to offer and it's surrounding areas which are the National Park and Pigeon Forge. I will recommend this to anyone. I can't wait to go back and use my week plus more . Thank you! Westgate!

We had bought this right before covid and wasn't able to use it and forgot about and while checking email I found my old reservation and call they were very accommodating and let me use my old reservation

This was an amazing property and wonderful people who are the life-blood of the resort!!! I would highly recommend this experience to everyone who is looking for TOTAL RELAXATION in a 5 Star Property.

I would highly recommend Westgate to my family and friends the place is beautiful and they need to buy timeshares so they can have fun you have plenty of activity there for all the kids and we had a great time

Stressful, unhealth conversation. Person on phone rude, I am NOT disqualify for discount as I am not US citizen. Lady on phone ask me question "Are you citizen on USA?" as I say NO Lady on phone hang on me. Do not understand the fact that not as citizen what it will make deference for my loyality for USA US Low and qualification of discount.

Wonderful Stay. Only problem was closet dropped all our hanging clothes to the floor due to poor hinges.

Not sure what the problem is with your company but you guys are rude very rude. I like every American is struggling due to our own government and Society and get a simple getaway you guys made it harder to even get an approval let alone knowing about active programs.
