The fabric they use is not good the seaming tear and totally useless after a wash in machine might aswel use as a rag cloth

Cheap, very reliable. The coach tracking makes life simple. Drivers have been helpful and kind. Snap founder on the bus for random prize draw, he was friendly and made the ride interesting. Great experience!!

We tried Snap for the first time as the trains during this time of year are always mad. Everything was really easy; the pickup points in Cardiff are convenient, the bus was comfy (and not busy at all), and we arrived in London more or less on time. Our tickets were also very cheap despite being purchased very last minute.

I would definitely travel with Snap again, and this is coming from someone who avoids the other two big coach companies like the plague!

Outstanding service from Oxford to Bristol and back (takes roughly 1 hour 15 minutes each way). Much better than the National Express which takes 3 hours to travel the same distance for a higher fare. Even better then the train considering the price and ease of travel. Also, Snap drivers are very friendly and cordial. Coaches are well-maintained and the journey is very comfortable. I strongly recommend traveling by Snap coaches.

Extremely cheap and reliable service from London to Bristol. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Fantastic, easy to use and a very pleasant trip

Easy trip to London from Bristol - driver was lovely and the bus was nice & spatious - not overbooked and packed like a train! No traffic at all (went at 10am) and very convenient drop off and pick up spots. Will be using snap again!

Trip to and from Bristol was great. Only slight blemish was that the chargers were not working on the coach heading back to London. Would bring a power bank just in case. Would 100% recommend.

After a mixed initial experience with Snap I wanted to give them another chance and found their customer service exceptional there on after. Bodes well for a growing company and service!

I must say, this is very good and economical journey for 2 of us.

Perfect timely arrival, friendly drivers and great prices.

It was simple and easy to book a journey. Unfortunately, the driver was delayed at the pickup due to an accident in London. It was over 1.5 hours late but they kept us informed of developments. Will try again as it seemed that this was a one-off delay.

Its my first coach journey with SNAP .I was sceptical of the 9/10 rating on the website because the seats were the cheapest I had come across .I decided to give them a try as they were offering a free return trip .And can i just say ,this is the best coach journey of all time ;made extra special with coach driver Benson who went above and beyond my expectation. He was extremely hospitable ,comical and interactive .There are a variety of coach stops throughout Cardiff ,the coach itself was fairly comfortable ,the journey was quick .Forget nationalexpress and megabus ,SNAP coaches match or exceed them in all categories! I would definitely encourage anyone to try it and see for themselves .

This is a very simple system, just turn up and go! Travelled from St Pancras station and the instructions for finding the departure point were very clear,
Using a ticketless system, you can book on line and the driver will have your details on an iPAD or smart phone. Coach was very comfortable, not crowded and was pleased to discover a USB charger by the seat.

There are several drop off points in Bristol, and i went as far as Clifton Down station, which was handy as i was then able to access the rail network to travel on to Weston Super Mare.

The return journey was quick and I had the best seat at the front. There is an uber type system where you can track your coach on your phone if you aren't boarding at the starting point. This was reassuring. Thanks for the great price!
