ATTENTION: We experienced that GETARTSCRAFT (dot) com is pure FRAUD. They do NOT reimburse falsely made payments even if contacted several times. NEVER spend a penny there!!
I rcvd a mail from Telekom Germany promising an iphone for existing 'bonus points' plus a 19.95 payment to getartscraft . com. No iphone, no reimbursement even after multiple inquiries. 15 months have passed without getting my money back. PURE FRAUD.

Quick and efficient service

I didn’t like the way you treated me, I paid P29 after I was told I won iPhone 16 and it didn’t reach me. That’s not good at all

Firstly I never signed up for this or should I say it was disguised as something else. When I questioned it I was told that my refund was being processed but I need to write a 4 or 5 star review before they would finalise the refund. Obviously I refused to advertise that I had been helped before my problem was actually resolved. To date, almost 3 weeks later, I have still not received my refund, whoever these people are, they are not running a legit ethical business.

I have been asked for more info - to date nothing has changed. I receive mails asking me to take down my review before my credit will be passed. On principal alone I would rather lose the money than retract. There was a facebook link to a Sportsmans Warehouse discounted bag giveaway which I followed, entered my information only to then find I had been "signed up" to a subscription for 2 separate entities who now had access to my bank account without my authorisation and when I immediately went in to cancel there was a note that my cancellation was recorded but my subscription had to play out for another 2 weeks or something and in that time more money was deducted from my account. Getartscrafts was one of the entities and there was another, I can no longer recall the other but both were subscriptions for things I would never use and definitely not on a subscription basis. Surely I cannot be the only one who this has happened to. I cannot in good conscience choose a refund obove protecting the public and their limited resources.
