Provided all the info I needed, to select an agent which we hadn't thought of using before the list provided by getagent, which were brilliant. I really appreciated the guidance of how to select an agent, what to ask, what to expect before listing, all the stats they can provide on local agents are really very helpful and independent to compare.
The contact and correspondence throughout was always informative, useful, selective and I never felt inundated or that they were intrusive. And now what to expect through our sale is very helpful.
An invaluable tool and guidance during a really daunting and important period. Without doubt will and have recommended.

The agent Jordan Godchaser was very helpful and was able to give me tips for selling my property. The follow up email was also useful in listing questions I should ask estate agents. Keep up the good work. Best of all it was all free not often you get something for nothing.

He went though how the service worked and went through how the 3 estate agents were ranked to help me make an informed choice.

Simple process to see clearly laid out comparison of local companies. Very prompt follow up call from Ithiel at Get Agent to check in with me and provide additional support such as an interview checklist for when meeting with agents, and a suggestion to meet several agents for comparison.

Very fast response in referring appropriate estate agents.

Amelia Denton called this afternoon with a pro active follow up since I registered on their site a few months ago. Some useful info and suggestions to help with our sale. Lazim Miah contacted me by phone regarding the proposed sale of my property and followed it up with a very helpful email. He was courteous and took his time to answer my questions. He also discussed their recommendations for an estate agent and arranged for a senior person from their organisation to call me, which they did within half an hour from the end of our call.

Great service from an independent, agent. Alex and the team provided a professional service. Updating us regularly, no need to chase. Returning calls quickly. Managing our expectations regarding pricing, working with us to navigate what is currently a difficult market. We achieved a good price and and a decent offer within 2 weeks of going live. Having sold a property using a well known chain 2 years ago, and experiencing numerous delays, radio silences, errors etc, AR Estate Agents was a breath of fresh air!

I spoke with Xavier Feijoca this evening regarding appointing a sales agent for my property. Xavier listened to the concerns I have, particularly as regards my former experiences with estate agents, and provided sound advice for moving forward, as well as the names of several local agents I hadn't considered. A genuinely helpful and proactive service.

Ithiel was extremely helpful in advising me of the agents in my area, and their particular strengths. She also helped me with type of questions that would give me a greater understanding of extra costs and how estate agents work with their clients. Elizabeth
