My experience with Matthew Amane as an account manager was challenging. Although I fulfilled all the requirements outlined in our contract, the release process for my company (CLD Logistics) did not move forward as expected. I requested to end the business relationship according to the agreed terms, but I did not receive a timely resolution. This situation caused complications in continuing my operations.
