I am super dissapoited In you, i really liked you and you seemed trustworthy and stupid as i aparently am, i thought we had build up some kind of good client relationship up within the last month.
So i dont get that you havent got back to me with the conditions of what it would take for me to buy the apartment within the last 8 days or just anything from you atleast... you just dissapered...?
You just decided that you did not want to sell the apartment to me, why i dont know...? It also dosent matter anymore since i cant get through to you, so what now matters is that i am left with 400 euro invoice i have to pay the bank after they have done there job ( which they ofcourse should get there money for ) that i asked for, after making agreement with you and ofcourse the accepted written offer, to moving forward In buying The apartment. You or Realestate Gesmohogar MUST know what is needed when dealing with costumers needing a bank loan and should have had it all ready for the trastero to go through when he came, and If not, not had said yes to me for his visit... Now after you did not have the right papers and me waiting 5 weeks for you to get that, you still showed the apartment and have in that prosses decided that you go back on your word to me and sell to somebody else, i am now after 3 month left with that 400€ Invoice an NO apartment... Which is sooo not ok...!
I am sure you, Sandra, Chechu and owner all make Money today when you get the money cash, 5000€ more than expected and accepted in written offer from me so i do expect you to make sure i do not have an 400€ expence on trusting you...! it is more than enough that I after 3 month of dreaming and decorating in my mind i have to start over spending more time...
What you, sandra and chechu/Gesmohogar have forgot is that you sell dreams and one of lifes most important aspekts In life which is a roof over People's heads... What you have taught me in this process is that promises, proffesionel pride, a good public renome and People's trust In you all in Gesmohogar comes second to money, so you of all surely understands that you need to cover the 400€
I really do hope non of you ever get In the hands of people like you selves because nobody deserves that experience i have had with you In such an important life matter as it is to buy a future home you have falling In love with and already mentally moved in to. Shame on you all...!
If it is not all lies everything you have told me and you accually as said to face to face, do not aprove how the whole and disliking Your collages and the situation, you will for sure take pride in getting the 400€ into my account fast and make sure i dont have to mention it again...

I never got my money ofcourse, eventhough the apartment is sold for more, do to my offer! owner ( personal friend of owner of Gesmohogar ) and broker got more money and should be able from that money as the least to make sure i didnt had any expenses from trusting their word while they were looking out for each others best interest... Scum company dont use them....!
