When booking I was having to come back and forward to alter the guest numbers. Unfortunately the website had reset the booking date and I hadn’t realised. I woke up to an email asking if I had enjoyed the axe throwing which confused me so I rang up and enquired about this. Although this is completely my fault for not checking, I couldn’t speak to anyone in management directly and unfortunately got told I would need to pay the full amount to book again. It was a 1 hour slot which cost £311 and they claimed that was needed to pay for the staff. Now I’m in a position where I’ve got to pay the lads their money back and I can’t afford to go on the stag do myself. Again my fault but you could have maybe worked with me a bit to try and help.

I wanted to purchase a voucher for Clay Pigeon Shooting as a Christmas present for my husband. The member of staff was so helpful, he suggested the closest Big Shoot near where we live and the best option so that my husband and I could share the activity together.
The voucher arrived promptly and discreetly and was was in a very attractive and well presented folder..and all booking instructions were included.
Can’t wait to present it to him and plan the activity.

I took my girlfriend here for something to do over the weekend. Both absolutely loved it and the instructors were ace! If it's raining be careful of the ziplines, we got dragged through the mud at the end on every last one but it was a great laugh!

Me and my friends were supposed to be Canyoning today at 10am. We arrived at 9:45am at the specified location.

Upon realising no one was coming to collect us and we had been left stranded I began calling the phone numbers provided.

I called the 01133400180 number a total of 8 times.
The 02920831658 number 5 times. WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE ENERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER BY THE WAY!
The 01133400206 number 3 Times.

Which I received no answer. I manged to get through one time. To which I lost signal and received no call back, ever...

Is there any reason for your companies incompetence other than laziness of staff?

If I do not hear back, I will take further action upon the matter as far as I am concerned, we have been scammed out of a near £300 by "The Uk's Largest Adventure Network"
Should probably change that to "The Uk's most Disappointing Adventure Network"

Avoid at all costs! We booked over a month in advance for 5 people and each had to book trains as none of us drive, and under 48 hour before our trip they informed us they couldn’t fit us in as another group had booked the same slot a month before us. Which is very last minute for something they must’ve know for a month. They have since gone silent when we asked whether they could refund booking fee/travel expenses as situation was entirely their fault. Disgusted!! My advice is go with snakeroom in Chesterfield instead! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Absolute disaster!! Booked months in advance then they cancelled two weeks before.
I booked 15 people for a stag do. Took me an age to find a company that offered something decent to do.
Told me there was an international shoot that day but booked me earlier than my original slot.
Called josh when I got the email …and through puffs of his cigarettes..casually told me my fully paid up booking for 15 people was cancelled two weeks before it was due.
No apologies…made out that paying my money back was doing me a favour. Tried telling me the international shoot was just put on him…but he obviously forgot they changed my original booking weeks before because of the same thing.
In a nutshell …avoid at all costs!

We booked a land yachting experience with this company on Greatstone beach in Kent.
We were at the given location 15mins before the allotted time as requested, no sign of anyone. 20mins later, still no sign of anyone so I tried to call Geronigo and was on hold for 15mins before anyone answered the phone (so now 20mins after our "experience" was due to start). We were told they would phone us back - absolutely no one did. At the same time, my husband was trying to phone the third party provider of the experience and finally got through to him, only to be told they hadn't used the beach for 4 years and were now in a small field 6 miles away.
We rushed in the car to the new location and finally got about 1hr 15mins of a 2 hour experience.
The whole reason we booked this was because it was on the beach. I've written to Geronigo and they have failed to respond. They are a complete rip off, they miss-sell their activities, they are next to impossible to get hold of and do not respond as promised.
If it had not been for the fact that we managed to get hold of the third party provider directly we would have missed the whole thing and this company would have £162 of my money for having provided nothing. Thus my advice would be to avoid them.
