THIS IS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE

Their website, germanflorist.de claims to use local German florists. Not true!
I ordered flowers to be delivered in Germany after a death in the family.
What got delivered was an abomination. Looked like it came out of a dumpster and had NO resemblance to the beautiful one I ordered on the website. I was so shocked and embarrassed when my cousin sent me the picture of it from Germany. I got scammed.

Here is the real seller info from Paypal:
Seller info: M/S FLORANET

I opened a case with paypal and they are investigating. The company is in INDIA! They want me to return the flowers... to INDIA!
Quote: "The item(s) you received must be sent to the following shipping address: M/S FLORANET 21, DESHAPRIYA PARK WEST, 700026, Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, , Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, 700026"
Are you kidding me???

The website clearly says:
"Order Fresh Flowers to Germany Now!
#1 Online Local Florist in Germany
Welcome to GermanFlorist.de, your passport to a world of gifting wonders right here in Germany!"

THIS IS A SCAM!

Update: PAYPAL DENIED MY CLAIM BECAUSE I DIS NOT SEND THE FLOWERS BACK TO INDIA. Unbelievable. these crooks are allowed to operate and get away with such blatant fraud. I'm sick.

Complete misrepresentation

Company did not deliver to address I provided as they said the company did not exist, it does and I have sent plenty of other items there. This resulted in the recipient collecting the flowers from the post office two days later. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the ones I paid for, once I complained, they changed the photo on their website to one that looked more like what had been sent. Disgraceful and dishonest

I purchased flowers from GermanFlorist.De…

I purchased flowers from Germanflorist.de for a colleague's wedding present in Munich, Germany, despite residing in the US. Despite specifying office delivery, the flowers were not delivered as expected. Instead, my colleague had to pick them up. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the flowers were dry and unsuitable. Due to the delayed delivery, I requested cancellation, but the florist refused to cancel or offer any compensation. I advise against purchasing flowers from this florist
