They messed up my home address

They messed up my home address. So I have to pay twice shipping cost in order to get the product I ordered.

Hi Joy , we are sorry you are unhappy about the cost of reshipping the package but we shipped to the exact address you provided when you placed the order online. You can verify this by checking the automated order confirmation email you received when you placed the order.

The package came back to us as undeliverable because a few of the digits in the house number were reversed. When you provided us with the correct address we reshipped it but we did need to charge you for the second shipping attempt which you agreed to.

Customer service was fantastic

Customer service was fantastic! They were prompt and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again for parts for my Mercedes as they are the most affordable and a quality and reliable alternative to the dealership. OEM Mislead

Although the ordered part fits, I was led to believe it would be an OEM part and it is not.

We took a look at your order and the cap is clearly listed in our catalog as a Febi Bilstein brand part, there is nothing stating that it is OEM. We do make an effort add an OEM note when we can confirm a brand is OEM, in this case Febi Bilstein is the only brand we offer but there is nothing in that part listing stating or implying it is OEM. While it is not OEM, the Febi Bilstein cap is a quality product that should serve you well.
