assortment cabinets - worth the wait

I wanted to order some assortment cabinets online. Because I had seen some bad reviews, I chatted with the online sales representative. She took time to exchange information, and seemed in fact a bit shocked when I mentioned the bad reviews. She gained my trust. I ordered. Yes, it took a bit of time to get the delivery. The order had to be shipped from Germany to Trondheim. But who is in hurry when buying assortment cabinets? The delivery arrived in due time. I had some questions after that, that were addressed satisfactorily. I would definitely order here again.

Unprofessional

We were very disappointed with their service! False marketing claiming that items are sent within 24hrs and after 7 working days we are still waiting for our desk to be delivered.

Responsive customer service but all they do is give more and more excuses, without any practical solution or compensations for delays.

Will definitely avoid them in the future!
