Information on their website is not correct. Items that are indicated as in stock will still be sewn. The order processing time specified when ordering 1-3 days will increase to 10 days, if not more. And that's just for sewing. And then you have to wait for delivery.
I hate doing this to Ukrainian business now but Company left me no choice. They send me a payment request three months after my purchase for extra money for shipping. No apology, no responsibility for the wrong calculation ,instead, indirect blaming that I was adding more items which caused higher shipping cost. I don’t mind to pay, and I would happily do so with appropriate customer service request. I was happy with the piece I got so I am leaving 2 stars.
No refunds at all! It's a terrible brand that you have to do for yourself!
