I thought I had lost my cell phone and had the bad idea to use GEOMOBILE.CO to help me find it

I thought I had lost my cell phone, during an evening. I used Geomobile.co to locate it, but the information provided was inaccurate and useless, showing me a map with several streets around my home appearing. The next day, I received a call on my cell and I found it was on the floor, on the carpet, partly under the sofa. OK problem solved!

I had a 7$ charge on my credit card, which I thought was quite expensive for something useless, but OK I'll pay it, I used the service, after all.

The following day, I had an additional $70 charge on my credit card. I went on their website to cancel all this, but there is no email address to write to, no "my account" section where to cancel anything.

The credit card transactions shows the address 11106 185th ave E., Bonney Lake, WA, 98391, United States, which looks like a residential bungalow when searched.

I reported the $70 transaction as a fraud to my bank, had the credit card cancelled and replaced.

The rating given is for speed of collection of funds ONLY!As others have mentioned this app does nothing but lead you up a mangled garden path, the best thing to do is to seek help from your local police station and pray someone hands your phone in,which is what happened to me.
The Phone companies should be able to help with tracking your phone with correct ID and IMEI number:
BUT refuse to!!THIS HAS TO CHANGE,most of us cannot afford a replacement mobile in these times.

This is the most UNETHICAL business I have ever come accross. I paid for the 24 hour full access package and to my shock and horror I checked my statements and I am still paying a phenomenal amount of money monthly for a service I did not agree to. I received no purchase CONFIRMATION email. No EXPLICIT mention that if I did not email them to cancel my 24 hour subscription before it ran out - that I would be automatically subscribed forever. I have NEVER received an email from them. Not until I cancelled. The website is also terrible - not customer control or history of usage. So disgusted and disappointed.

I signed up for the trial to find my account charged monthly fee

I signed up for the trial to find my lost phone believing it would provide me with a GPS location and all I could do was text the phone I lost. I tried to cancel the subscription but there is no way to cancel. I was also charged the monthly fee on the same day I signed up for the trial. I have blocked the payments but they keep trying. Absolute rip off.

Completely waste of time

when you first try it, the program tells you that they found your phone straight away. but to get your information you gotta pay $4.95. so of cause i did that straight away, but only to discover that they havent found my phone was Pending because they lied they show you a map that covers about 3 suburbs. Imbecile!! I cannot believe anyone can be allowed to scam like that. I want my $4.95 refunded
anyone that dumb is an absolutely tolal waste of oxygen.

Scam good luck with cancellation of account

This is a scam company. Save your money and a lot of subsequent trouble trying to cancel your subscription. For starters, the significant issue is that it t does not do as it says it does on the website!. I paid for a 1 day subscription but all it did was send a notification to my lost phone . then I was unable to cancel the 24 hour subscription and so they charged the full monthly subscription and you cannot stop it . no response to emails to the organization.

Scam site

Scam site! Doesn't track lost phones anyway, only sends a location request to the phone # you type. My bank blocked 2 unauthorized $50 transactions from them shortly after the $5 subscription i did pay for.
