They have tried to get my information but, not going to provide that, just scammers. Great thing is my bank clawed back my money, great work HSBC.

I had cancelled my subscription in…
I had cancelled my subscription in November but was still charged for November, December and January. When I finally spoke to a customer service agent Jessica she said she would loo into this. Within 3 days I had a full refund. Incredible service. Thank you

Unable to cancel subscription
Unable to cancel subscription. They have taken 6 charges from my account. I have tried to cancel the subscription but they are unable to find my file. Supplied all the information requested but no response to emails and no refund.
Ive blocked my bank card creating more inconvenience for me but will hopefully stop them getting any more money from my account.

Scam.
Scam.
Service doesn't work, and hide the fact they sign you up to a subscription, then take money without your knowledge.
Also fail to state it is foreign transaction so charge extra for currency conversion.
UPDATE: 31/12/24 got a request for more information on my transaction with them, trying to discredit the review...
I can show the entry on the credit card statement, they are subscription specialists, look them up before using them!
