Total scam
Exact same thing happened to my husband. He purchased a Christmas gift from a different company and now this website has made 4 unauthorized charges. Total scam. Beware and shame on this company.

I purchased some products through a company called 'fig'. on the 27th October 25 and processed on the 29th October 25. The name that it came under, on my bank statement is GENTSKEEPER.COM. I Have tried many times to contact them, with no reply. They have since then taken 3 more, random amounts, un-authorised out of my account. The first time I received the products. I only wanted that one. But they are taking money regularly, for nothing. I want it to stop. I cannot afford this.

Worst customer service ever
I ordered an item but 2 subsequent unauthorized chargers were attempted on my card. I called customer service and was given a timeline for refunds and was hung up on. I called back and asked for a supervisor and got into a screaming/cussing match with an unnamed woman who claimed to be a supervisor. She claimed that she’s going to make me go viral. This is the most unprofessional and disgusting experience I have ever had with customer service for any company. Do not purchase anything through these people.
