Da jeg lander med flyet får jeg en mail at kørslen er aflyst og jeg kan få mine penge tilbage om 30 dage

Le chauffeur n'est tout simplement pas arrivé ! Nous l'avons contacté pour entendre qu'il n avait pas reçu la course sur son mobile. 16 minutes plus tard il indique
qu'il arrive dans 14 mn. Je vous laisse faire le compte...
pour arriver l aeroport un autre taxi a donc été commandé évidemment.
Mais après 3 messages sur l'application avec la copie écran des échanges prouvant que le rendez-vous n avait pas été respecté, aucun remboursement aucune réponse et le statut de la course est passé en "Voyage effectué" !!
