Pretty terrible. Ordered & paid for item, they state 10-20 days to deliver - 30 days later item not received and unresponsive to email.

I believe this company is out of China…
I believe this company is out of China from the outside package, and not England. It took forever to receive the leather gloves I ordered. I used their size chart and they are way too small. They came in a generic cheap plastic sleeve.
All my emails have been unanswered, leaving me to file a dispute with my credit card company.
I found this brand on the 'Shop' platform thinking they were legitimate.
