The site is a scam. Do your research.

This is a scam website. Wish I would have researched a bit more before buying the ring we bought. The site says you can return or exchange the ring within 30 days. We received it after about 2 weeks and it didn't fit and wasn't really what we expected. The next day we tried to return it. Though the return policy says you can return it, there was no instructions on how to. We emailed them and after several days we have only received automated emails (the same one twice) telling us we should keep the ring. We tried calling too and it goes straight to voicemail every time with no return call. Also, their live chat is only AI that leads to info on their site. This is clearly a scam, so do your research please!

Great experience and customer support

We received one of our rings bigger than expected and wanted to replace it. Customer support was really helpfuld and provide us with another ring, with the correct size, within less than a week for free.

Rings are also beautiful and elegant. So nice experience.

Scam china shop

Scam shop. If you google lens their rings you see they steal these images from the original designer or they're just cheap dropshipped rings made in China. Found the exact ring I purchased on Amazon selling for $40. Any of these reviews below here are fake too. Anyone can write a review, even the scammers themselves. It's all to make you doubt. I didn't do my research this time around and ordered a ring and didn't even use my common sense. For instance: how can a tungsten ring be resized? Duh. It can't. Yet they offer it. Then the prices. 18k Gold is not that cheap. Then the website wouldn't take my credit card, so I used debit. Of course they wouldn't, credit card companies protect customers from scammers. I could easily just dispute it. Was so obvious the ring was coming from China when they shipped it. Took 5 days to reach USPS. Then they clearly wrote confusing language on the package or added a faulty barcode because now my package is stuck in the USPS network never to be recieved. Likely they sent a package with a washer in it but only USPS will know that when my package ends up in their lost and found and the corrupt USPS theives take home their weekly freebies. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure this out. Do yourself a favor and ignore the fabricated reviews here. No one can have a good experience from a scam shop stealing images from etsy shops and passing them off as their own. Use your common sense. All of these men's wedding band shops at the top of google search are sellers of dropshipped rings, even Thorum (who are based out of FL, but sell rings they buy from China for pennies).

The customer support is amazing

The customer support is amazing! When I initially ordered my ring it was a bit too big, I let them know and they sent me a size smaller for free and let me keep the previous one! 2 years later I started to notice a crack in the ring, probably from repeatedly dropping it, emailed them, and they immediately sent a replacement! Nothing but positive experiences! And I love the ring too

Quick exchanges

Had to order three times to get my correct ring size which was my fault as I'm not used to wearing rings, however, quickly replaced with a different size everytime.
I've read some negative reviews about scams and I am skeptical that they don't require I send the product back first, however, my fiance and I love the ring and I cannot fault the service

I ordered a ring from their website

I ordered a ring from their website. It arrived very quickly; unfortunately, it wasn't the model I ordered. To err is human, so I wrote to them to let them know. They apologized and sent me the correct ring within a reasonable timeframe.
Unfortunately, to err is human on my end as well, and I had gotten the size wrong. I wrote to them, and they sent me the correct ring. This time, I had to wait a little longer because the ring wasn't in stock, but the delivery time was met.

No Ring and No Customer Service

I order a ring for Valentine’s Day towards the end of January. Weeks went by and the tracking information never moved past departed shipping parter facility on way to USPS or something along those lines but it was supposedly at least in the US but possibly stuck in customs. (Also really shady they don’t make it easily known you are buying a cheap aliexpress ring from china when you buy their rings and you only know when you get tracking details). I emailed customer service and they responded fairly quickly saying that the shipping partner probably just didn’t update their tracking information and to just wait and it will arrive. (My bank was charged the day it shipped). I waited 2 more weeks and no tracking updates and no ring in the mail. I emailed again and they responded and said they would just send a new one. I asked for tracking details for the new ring so I could make sure it is shipping alright. They did not respond. I emailed again a few days later and no response still. I started a new email thread and emailed again a couple days later and they responded apologizing up and down and said a new ring would be sent the following day and tracking details provided once it shipped, a few days went by and no updates from them and no tracking info. I emailed AGAIN and still no response. It is now the middle of March, almost two months later, no ring, and customer service will not respond even when simply asking for a refund at this point. I will be attempting to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back but it may be too late

very proud customer

So many bad reviews from people and I have to say it must just be them cause I just ordered my fiance's customized wedding band I was nervous about paying that kind of money not knowing the truth but boy did they shock me the ring was just as described actually more beautiful in person engraving is dead on perfect no flaws I started to cry it was touching I am more than happy and amazed at the craftsmanship well worth the price and shipping wasn't bad considering it did need to be engraved..

I love the band

I love the band. It’s perfect. My man is a hunter and so a ring like this is so him. I got the wrong size and when I contacted them and they sent me a free ring sizer and then a ring the right size for free of charge. So helpful. No hassle.

Prompt Delivery.
I found this company really helpful and efficient when it came to ordering my husband’s wedding band! My husband chose The Venom band.
Delivery was fast but we had some issues with trying to find the right size and ended up ordering too large! I emailed customer services and they not only replied same day, but also sent us out a ring sizer and guided us through the best way to size for their rings and had the new ring sent out within days. I can’t recommend them enough, Sarah in customer services especially!

I ordered from the company over 14 days ago. I have not been able to get an updated tracking order. I thought it was a US company but the charge was from China. I requested a refund and still have not heard back. Do not order from this company.

Never received my package

I ordered a ring and a ring sizer with a little over two weeks until Valentine’s Day and it is now almost a week after Valentine’s Day and I have not received anything and customer service does not respond. Scam, don’t waste your money.

Excellent product

Excellent product! Amazing pricing and even better customer service, we would recommend 100%

We had an issue with the sizing and my husband losing some weight and they solved the problem is less than 30 min, they went beyond just re sizing for free and sent a new ring in a smaller size with no need to return the original one, we are now keeping the rings as one for each of us.
