Ai do sometimes glitches, especially when trying to interpret complex plans using multiple sources. However, it self id's when it happens and when asked directs you to a review to refund credits. I have found this team very helpful and fair. When I directly compared Genspark results to other platform, it has shone in its accuracy and ability to communicate clearly, with slides that are very well presented. i am sticking with this multi-layered product

it's not worth a penny... use free apps instead.

Overall, I had a great experience with Genspark. I mainly used it to create presentations, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the designs. The generated slides looked modern, professional, and saved me a lot of time during the creative process.

The only issue I encountered was exporting presentations. PDF exports worked fairly well, but PowerPoint (.pptx) exports often lost formatting and required a lot of manual editing to make the presentation look as intended. I spent quite a bit of time fixing layouts after export.

Aside from that, I really enjoyed using the product. If the PowerPoint export is improved, it would be an excellent tool for creating presentations.

All in one experience specially super agent that can support in different tasks in one place with quite good quality

I usedGenspark.ai to create placeholder background images and character sprites for a game I’m making. It continues to get better at understanding natural (“vibe”) prompts, though there’s still a long way to go.

There are 2 things I find frustrating, that I wish it handled better (more like Claude):
1. If I’m iterating on an image, only make the changes I request.
2. Do a basic quality control check for typical AI art fails - like too many body parts or arms that are ridiculously long compared to the body.

Will not be using Genspark again. It constantly used credits on failed or worsening iterations - mistakes were eating credits, and going through many rounds just to fix its bad design/layout output. Expensive and definitely not worth it.

Its give many orders until its give you final version as per your request

I have been using Genspark to create slides in line with my brand guidelines. The output of the AI Slides has been really good. We have used the slides for presentations, and it's quite impressive, the quality of the output and the ability of the product to also analyse data and produce charts and graphs.

I have been using this AI for a while now and I have had a good experience with it. Even though my credits are usually running out very fast, I still enjoy their services. It has helped me a lot in my research work. The experience that got me emotional is the immediate refund I had after laying a complaint on an auto subscription I was not in for.

I signed up mainly for generating PowerPoints it was ok but didn't use it enough to justify paying for it. Maybe if I were to use it more I see more value in it.

I use it for my work, it is very convenient and mostly give me the expected results. The only problem am facing is how credit are fastly consumed by this AI. so despite of working great this AI need us to spend alot of fund for buying credit due to fasten consumption of credit.

I have very little experience with AI and programming, but with Genspark I can now even design apps! You no longer have to switch between different AI providers yourself, and the package helps you quickly arrive at a good task formulation.

The service is also very friendly and fast. An error occurred during coding, and it took a long time before the error was discovered. But when I reported the error to Support, I not only received advice on how AI can detect and resolve this faster with a specific prompt, but my credits were also refunded. I used to rely on a similar aggregator, but over time it started to "go downhill": the prices climbed to outrageous levels, while the quality, on the contrary, kept dropping. More and more restrictions appeared in the chats, and there was no image or video generation — which is critically important for my work. So I began looking for an alternative. I've been with them since the very first version. What immediately drew me in was the price and the huge variety of AI models for every taste. I should mention that I work in a creative field, not in coding, so my main criteria are the AI chat and the generation of images, video, and audio. Right now I have a team of three people, so I use the Team Plan. I'm really happy that at the moment each user gets 12,000 credits — for creative tasks, that's quite enough.

As for the small downsides for me personally: I'd like the AI not to produce a wall of text when generating images, videos, and audio. The wait time for generation already exists, and its comments only make it longer. So every time I have to ask it not to describe its actions, but to just deliver the finished result right away. Another wish would be to add the Russian language to the generation, as well as models that support Russian voice-over. It's also a bit disappointing that at some point a 5-hour limit was introduced, so you can't finish your task in one continuous flow. Although the flow of users is probably indeed enormous.

I haven't run into any serious problems, but I have had minor ones. And here the team always helps solve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the service: the balance of price, quality, and my needs suits me completely. This is especially noticeable when you have experience with other similar services and understand the real cost of generation. Yes, I'd like it to be cheaper, like some competitors, but even here the prices are far from the most inflated.

So I will definitely keep using Genspark.
