Account came as expected. Didn’t have the account I ordered for a dual 5 star (Mauvika & Lauma), but instead compensated with a C1 Mauvika with Citlali.

I rated 1 star because I was told If I had an issue, then sending an email would be the fastest and I have yet to get a response about an account I bought that I couldn't log in too with the Hive account and password that was given to me. Even now I still haven't gotten a response and its been atleast 2 days now.

I’ve bought from them multiple times but this time I tried to get a new one for ZZZ and it’s been 41 hours with zero updates, I’ve even tried to send multiple emails with no replies to any. They used to be great as I’ve bought probably 10 times from them for various games but recently they have been lacking.

give this purchase a rating of 1/5 because there was false information about the account I bought. The description was not accurate.
I do not recommend this website. When I send an email with a simple question, they reply within one minute, but when I contact them to report that the product is not as described, they suddenly stop responding.
This behavior is unacceptable. In my opinion, this is dishonest. Do not buy from this site. I strongly advise against it.

I’ve waited the full 24 hours and haven’t got my log in details. I bought a honkai star rail castorice starter and it has been a full 24 hours. I emailed support about 4 times, guess what? absolutely no response.
this is the first time i’ve gotten scammed using this website. it’s unfortunate because i bought from them before and had no issues, so i’m very disappointed they decided to take this route.
i expect to have my account details delivered to me soon or issue a refund. this isn’t okay. i paid almost 18 dollars for a punch in the face.
That being said, please do not buy from them. I don’t know what happened but they aren’t as trusted as they were before. Something changed. Their deliveries used to be quick and easy and now it’s just horrible. The customer service too.

I bought an account 5 days ago, it was delivered within the said time yet the details sent were incorrect. So, I obviously sent an email for help and for correct details to which, after 3 seperate emails, on seperate days i did not get a single response to. I will change the review if i get a response but i doubt i will. I spent 20 euros for something i didn't even receive.

I have bought from here multiple times. i bought a acc with chisa and kumokori and it says acc not registerd i emailed them and they still havent gotten back and the acc wast $19.

I have used this website a view times and they have all been usually really good, however a recent purchase of mine from 2 days ago is yet to be delivered to me still. I've reached out on the website and in emails to support about the order and had no reply.

I guess unless something is instant you might have a hard time getting a product.

Everything worked well

I bought an account, after waiting for more than 24 hours they emailed saying it is out of stock and asked me to pick something else. I picked and received the account but whenever I try to login I am getting error saying "too many requests" no matter what I do issue is not fixing. I sent multiple emails, discord messages with no reply and issue still has not been fixed yet.

Purchased a bunch of accounts, one of the accounts was just a blank account entirely. Sent email, sent a message on discord, multiple attempts to contact the provider. They don't allow bad reviews on the website as the reviews have to be approved. Used to be legit, think they are going the scam route now.

Bought multiple accounts in Etheria restart, after few days all of them got banned and I've tried to contact them for a refund but there was no response at all and they have never tried to compensate. I wouldn't recommend them at all, stay away!! their customer service does not exist and ignore any emails.

A account purchased from the suddenly disappeared

Absolutely horrible costumer service, an account for PokemonTCGP was purchased, the details were sent to me, when trying to login it said I needed a code that would be sent to the email linked to the account, could not login using the details provided.
Spent a whole week sending e-mails to get some help, and no help was given, not even a mere reply to my e-mails. Kept my money and did not deliver the goods, wouldn’t not recommend.
