I had such a positive experience with the support representative “Emily” today. I’m in the process of moving, have been having complications with my doctor communication, and I’m also doing a name change. Emily was EXTREMELY patient with all of my questions, provided all the necessary information I needed to make this as smooth as possible, and I could tell she was taking a sincere interest in facilitating a personalized experience. Truthfully, because of this, I think I’m going to migrate all of my medications to GeniusRX. This was the most hassle free experience I have EVER had with a businesses customer support. A+. I am so glad to have this opportunity. I had SUCH a pleasant interaction that I was considering calling to ask who the manager was so I could compliment the person with whom I spoke. Her name was Lady (I am hard of hearing so it might have been Lainie or Brady or...). She was profession and helpful and got the transaction done but she added a personal touch that is hard to describe and was so nice that I hung up feeling that my day had been made happier. This is an unusual quality in a customer care person. I would give her 6 stars if I could. I'm glad I'm doing business with Genius Rx.

I have used several mail order prescription companies over the years and find GeniusRx to be one of the best. They process my orders quickly, include free delivery in the price, have excellent customer service reps, and have the lowest prices for my medications. I highly recommend them.

Great experience for starting with GeniusRx
For a new prescription I needed to find a better cost than offered at CVS. Found GeniusRx and chose to use the CHAT feature. Nicole came online and quickly and clearly answered my questions. My schedule did not allow signing up and placing the order while Nicole waited, but she had provided all the info I needed for later. Later on the same day I create a GeniusRx account and following Nicole's directions completed and submitted my order. Since the script was coming from CVS, I selected CHAT in order to convert getting the script from another pharmacy. Lucky me Nicole again was assigned to help me, which she did and we completed the order. A very good, knowledgeable, polite, and well trained member of the GeniusRx tesm. Thanks

Just contacted GeniusRx for my missing first order. Customer support said it was too late for them to do anything, but they would "try". Never got an email that it was even shipped. I was told that I had to contact USPS to file a complaint. If this is the way they treat customers, I will drop them entirely, even though their pricing is good. Just is not worth the hassle and poor support. Horrible.
UPDATE: They did finally send my prescription, but not until 5 days after I reported that it never arrived (and after it already being 11 days after my order), and with a lot of hassle. In all, it took 16 days in April 2022, more than half a month, to get my simple order. And they are maybe a 2 hour drive from my home.
I should add that the original delay was largely due to them never sending a notice that the package had shipped, so that I could track it, or look out for it. Hopefully, they have fixed this bug in their system now. But with the hassle they added on top of that, however, I doubt that I will do business with them again.

Agent I chatted with was awesome, very empathic with my situation, wrong meds sent and now correct meds still not delivered a week later after initial contact. Kinga i believe was agent name, is a definite keeper. Your shipping department needs extra training and whoever sent me the wrong medication too.
