For my issue: I got call from the Genius Software team and they are working on my request. Mostly i will get the solution for my issue. They are really having hard time to serve to every customer from multiple customers.. And i am happy to refer GeniusSoftware to my friends and colleagues to purchage products from this.

Prompt after sales support
Since there is no provision to give zero star, I have given one star. I bought one drive with customised username from this organisation only to get my account being blocked by Microsoft stating that my customised account was not genuine...I sent a few followup WhatsApp messages to the buyer's number through whom I got the payment link to buy the fake one drive account... though the messages were seen by the buyer, he didn't care to reply back...so, please do not buy anything from this fake software seller.... hopeless...
31-Jan23: Basis the above feedback, a person called Rahul from Genius PC Softwares called me and then helped me with an alternative username and now the issue has got resolved... thanks for taking the review seriously and reaching out to the end customer to resolve the issue... happy with the service and resolution
