Waqas is a completely unprofessional person who shouts at you and belittles you for not taking his advice! The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I will not be using his company.

I only called him to get advice on which mortgage would be best!! He tried to pressure me into taking a product which would've made him the most commission! Horrible horrible person!

This guy goes around joining local Facebook pages denigrating veterans and all of those who died on D-Day through his conspiracy theories and political views. He then goes after those who call him out. Evidence provided in pictures on his google reviews.

Waqas truly is a dedicated and kind individual who makes the mortgage process so much easier than what it actually is. Having a mortgage broker like him, who explains every detail until you understand, is a life saver. We have never encountered a mortgage broker who pulls out all the stops, but Waqas has proven otherwise in our complex case. Receiving a mortgage offer because of his determined nature is something that we are more than grateful for, and we highly recommend his services to those looking to receive a mortgage offer.

Waqas Ali is very unprofessional and inefficient at providing financial help with mortgages. His English is also very bad and he doesn’t have enough lenders on his books.
