I need to revise my ratings as they don't do what they promise to their investors.... it's been 3 weeks that I cannot withdraw my investments but everytime I do deposits it has no problem.
Recently, I joined a official gc of Geniuschange and I chatted with a moderator/owner named Lisa. She seemed nice in the beginning and answered all my queries. Fool of me I comply and sent a total of 100USD on the wallet address they provide me on my email because they said it is refundable then my account will be enable on the withdrawal option. After the money was sent this Lisa blocked me as well as on the group chat.
Two days ago, I received an email from genuischange team informing that I have to pay 199USD for the license to activate my account on withdrawals. What the heck! These people are a bunch of SCAMMERS!!! If I can only rate 0 I would really rate them ZERO. You can have my money but I am sure one of these days KARMA will visit you.

Genius change is a scam site. Just today all my deposits and balance were stolen and zero by this site
But before this happened they disabled withdrawal request button so that I cannot make any withdrawal.
This site is really genius in fooling and scamming people trying to invest hard earned money expecting for better return
I hope and wish justice will be served to this number one scammer site in the internet
This site deserves to be locked and rot in jail to prevent more damages to the public.

don't buy their "2nd Round" it is a scam. Never trust this site or else you will lose money.

Everytime they have an update with the system in ny first encounter my 3 deposites are lossing. in now after the update all my 7 or 8 deposites are gone including my profit and funds in which i did not withdraw because my plan is to make a new deposite..

All my depoists have disappeared after techinical updates...Looks like a scam unless they can compensate, please beware

After sending an email as instructed by the support group, that I have to report in detail my concerns.
That the security system is working on my account, for reasons I don't know. I still haven't received any response from them, also from the chatbox support.
THIS IS FRUSTRATING AND DEPRESSING.
As I am planning to purchase a license, but their communications aren't so good with times like this.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE USER AGREEMENT SECTION STATING 'DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITY'.
BUT THE ACTIVE BALANCES AND DEPOSITS ARE ALL GONE, AFTER THEIR TECHNICAL WORKS.

Haven't received 2 of my withdrawals yesterday. Emailed their support but no response. Chatted with their chat team, no response. Can no longer make any withdrawals after countless attempts. Starting to get worried, I've invested all my money in there.

Update on progress of complaint

Got a response from their support. 1 of my withdrawals was credited to my account.

Still working on the other one.

Reason why some members can't withdraw is because there might be a security breach, some people are trying to hack our accounts and their system automatically disabled withdrawal features for the safety of our funds.

Another update,

There is an employee named Joseph Carter who reached me on my email, advised me to reach me his Telegram account. He said he can fix my account but I have to send him .0005BTC first. Seems like this person is out of the company or just scamming its clients. Be careful. Only transact with GeniusChange official channels.

Update : been waiting for 48 hours now and I haven't got my funds. Can't still make any withdrawals. They will just advise you to email support and the manager but do you don't get a response. This is a scam I guess. No response from the manager and no resolutions for 2 days now. You will just get the same response from the support. They are just like robots. Copy pasted email response for different email threads.

Also emailed actionfraudpolice.uk and reported the case. If anyone of you is experiencing the same issue and is suspecting to be scammed, please reach out to me. Let's file a class lawsuit. Search for telegram group GeniusChangeVictims.

I think same problem with my account how many times trying to withraw but i think theres a problem behind.Before i dont see any problem the only problem now is for widrawals in terms of investing u can invest as many as u can.hope they fix the problem still waiting to back normal.I tried to withraw April 28,2020 but there is no more actions,always back to withdrawal page.

Honestly it's absolutely a Big Big craft and deceiving someone investor,the supposedly make a notice of closing their first wave of operation in 25daus only,and Geniuschange company is very wisely of doing a craft,the "users agrement "is not very visible for every Investor,they are forcing the investors including me to pay 25% of account balance..they are attracting more clients and investor to become their victims of ponzi scheme's. We lost everything without prior notice nor email.

two withdrawals were not deposited for me, they remained pending

It's been 24 hrs already and my withdrawal request is still pending under "Operations" tab. There were technical works done on their website and it removed my ongoing deposit and earnings. Emailed them already but no response so far. I'll change my review once it's all sorted out.

Almost 20 - 25 days service is paying. I am using Dogecoin for invest. By this time already withdrawal 45k Dogecoin.
