Genie makes garage openers too well. The three which I installed well over 20 years ago, keep going and going. However their accessories do not. An outdoor key pad hasn't worked for a while, no big deal. However one of the remotes did fail and I was unable to find one on the Genie website or a generic one anywhere. I called Genie in the States from Canada. A Genie rep quickly indicated even though it was a different Genie remote model, it would work for me. I ordered it and some time later it arrived and now I once again are able to remotely operate my Genie. Thanks folks..........

Product worked great right our of the box.

Product was shipped very carefully. Processing time could have been improved though. I'm not sure whether it was related to the holidays.

I have purchased from The Genie Company twice. The first time, I called for assistance finding the part number I needed. Customer service was very helpfull. I received both orders without any problems. I will certainly purchase from them again if I need Genie products.
