Disabled license for no reason (thieves)

I replaced my MacBook Pro with a new model, when I start Eyetv 4, regularly purchased, I am informed that my activation key was disabled (by whom, because and because the reason was not communicated).

I have written to the assistance that to date it has not been deigned to respond or to solve the problem.

I will still wait for some day, after which I will turn to the Guarantor Authority for the competition and the market and the police headquarters of my country.

Today I received exceptional service from Kristof in the geniatech sales team. He was able to reset my activation code to allow me to transfer my eye tv from my old to new computer. Thank You so much Kristof.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Since their acquisition of the EyeTV software product in 2016, this product has effectively been abandoned. Support is non existent.

They do not support software updates free of charge. I had used an EyeTV Diversity for several years, they have updated their software to version 4 and if I want to continue to use my device, I am expected to pay €29.95. I would recommend that prospective buyers from geniatech think about alternative companies.
