I'm waiting for a manual payout of ETH that I earned with a mining contract about 2 years ago from October 2019 when I contacted them and requested a payout!

They answered that it will take some time for their IT to manually sent my balance to my wallet!
I sent several tickets after this time and always with the same answer.
I am waiting for more than 15 months. It was enough and I am going to the police.

Be careful and don´t cooperate with this XXXX company.

I'm going public about Genesis Mining SCAM, Bloomberg is already interested in my story, and I'm working with their editors about the scam.

Geneses mining is no longer profitable. you end up losing money as the prices are high. sure genisis mining may pay, but isn't profitable. luckily I noticed the issue before I invested. if you like money don't invest.

They do not transfer the coins you mined to your specified wallet. These guys are nothing but scammers.

I purchased 138 usd mining contract and they dont transfer a single coin to me by saying technical issue. i still following with them and looking for forum to unite against them to take that money back.

Initially you will feel the returns are good but at the end when you calculate you will only get negative returns in genesis mining. Do not waste your hard earned money.

It is a SCAM, you will never see the mined coins.

Exactly after you invest above 500 $ it reveal real objective. This dispite that all non-zero plans still are available for sell.The only response of genesis will be the difficulty and cost of btc network,
After i invested 1000$ .Exact one week after buy plan, genesis refuse return my outcome.
With 1000$ . You will gain 1000 satoshi per day and you will lose even in btc !Big scam do not invest!

this is a very bad company, after my contract ends, I still got an amount of BTC in my account and not sent to my wallet saying that " didn't reach the minimum amount to be sent ", I told them that my contract is ended, so if I still have 0.00000001 BTC there it should be released! which I got more, but they told me to send it to technical support, I did, since 16.July, and replied to me that they are busy, LOL!! after that I send them more emails, each time they reply we are busy, pathetic! today is 26. Nov and they still replying the same stupid thing! don't invest there, they will hold your BTC if you still have it there when your contract ends! terrible company, scum.

Genesis Mining is a Scam, I opened a ticket to transfer my coins from Genesis to my own Wallet, the ticket is opened on Mar 2020(8 months till now on the day I am writing this review) the company says they need more time.

It's a total scam. When you first take your contract, it pays quite well, encouraging you to take more contracts. Based on my first month, I would have an ROI of just about 3 months. Then suddenly it just stops paying for no reason. They claim 'mining difficulty' but other mining companies have no problem paying for the life of the contract. I have a 5 year contract which only paid out for a year and then went to zero. In total, I'll get back about 1/4 of what I paid in.....

What I think about this company doesn't really matter.
For me it's too late (I have been quite naive by blindly trusting them. I "handed over" ALL i had). PLEASE consider the following facts before getting rubbed TOO!

FACTS speak for themselves...

• November 22th 2017 :
I purchase a "lifetime" Bitcoin mining contract (starting March 15 2018)
600 TH/s = 11,11 Bitcoins (that's right over ELEVEN BITCOINS).

• March 15 2018 :
Everything looks quite ok :
Amount of the day 0.02507137 Bitcoin

• August 7 2018 (less than 5 month later) :
Amount of the day 0.00108443 Bitcoin

Conclusion... When i bought the contract, estimation was at least to get back my initial Bitcoins by the end of summer 2018 (in worst case, by the end of 2018).
Since AUG 7th no trace of BTC "daily amount"... it just STOPPED.

In the end, my total "gain" was : 1,75 Bitcoins
(i'm only missing 9,36 BTC on my initial intake... but hey if it is not in my pocket anymore... it has to be in someone else's).

Mid-November 2020, 9.36 BTC ± 165 000 US dollars.

Please don't be foolish or naive. They are not here for YOUR good !

Now, would I recommend this “company” ?

They don't even deserve a review. Struggling since September 2018 to get a small balance refunded. No use to submit a ticket or engage with their customer service which is of no use. There service is disgusted.

Please don't invest your hard earned money with these low life scumbags.

The genesis mining is fraud and scam site. I investigate 800 $ in BITCOIN Radiant Classic - 30 Months Mining (Limited Offer)SHA-256 Mining Algorithm. But any btcoin does not return . After i ask question from its custommer services . Said that the difficulty of network rised and these contract cannot return mining but those still sell this type of contract.

insane insane insane, these are cowboys of the highest order you will get scammed out of money in so many ways it is unreal, if you go ahead and sign up with these charletons then its your own fault £600 down the tubes ignore anything positive from any review on here they are all fake reviews

Stay away. Just a stupid scam!

This is a huge scam. I have had my contract for over 3 years. I've paid hundreds of dollars in bitcoin and I've made less then $8 USD in total. Now my account isn't making money at all. I havent had an output of any kind since 5-10-2020. Its now 9-15-2020. They say the market is bad for all coins yet i was making money when everything was worth half what it is now, how funny. They are scam artists. They make your contract so they can screw you and you cant do anything about it.

Absolute scam. Not only is it not profitable, but they refuse to release the last mining deposit that I was owed and have paid for. Apparantly they need their "tech support team" to conduct the simple transfer of the remaining currency, which I can't do on my own once the mining contract has concluded. Despite having an open work ticket with them for nearly 3 months, and following up on their live chat (no phone support available) multiple times, they keep telling me that the transfer is "still waiting to be processed".

Absolute scam. Don't waste your time or your money.
