Genisys mining team contact with you through social media and told to invest you in their company and assured to give profit in 24 hours, but when you asks for our profit tells us to need to pay more money to upgrade the account to withdraw the money, once you paid money they asks you to give more money in the name of some charges. But don't believe them, it's totally fraud company.

i have been a customer of genesis for over 6 yrs now & have never had any problems with pay outs. i have always been paid out no problem, as soon as i reached the min. thresh hold.

i must admit that the customer service used to stink like rotten fish. they would take ages to respond, if they even ever responded. but, in the last 6 months or so, customer support has gotten a lot better. now they respond in a quick manner.

i have seen many bad reviews about genesis all over the internet & i can honestly say i have never had a problem with them. their contracts always sell out fast, a good sign that its legit. im hoping new contracts become available soon as i want to re buy.

Genesis is another crypto doing the wrong thing closing accounts with no reason or explanation

Genesis Mining is a scam.

They are not paying out the funds and their CS is terrible. I am waiting my payout more than a year now and I email them twice a week. They are replying maybe once in 2 months saying that IT team is working on it. They never specify what is the problem. Genesis CTO promomised payouts in March but nothing as been delivered. Everyone who are thinking of using Genesis Mining, please do not use it, you are better of by avoiding it.

I purchased Hash from Genesis mining in 1917 and have not received any cashing out of my hash and it is 2022 I invested $850.00. It takes several months before they will respond. Also when I put in a deposit address their system doesn't support the format I submitted. It's been 5 yrs. now Today I signed in afterward they kicked me out saying wrong password

The payment was going normally until January 2022
Then can not get my last payment until now for 2 months
Customer service never gave direct answer

I paid $990in April 2020. My contract is about to finish.

So far I have had pay outs roughly every monthly when the accumulated amount triggered a payment, so far totalling over $2,500.

My only complaint is their customer service.

There have been MANY scam warnings on here. But it is only unhappy people that tend to post reviews.
Firstly, there are many companies pretending to be Genesis Mining and also, you do have to understand how it all works. If you have set up your account with a receiving wallet address, then you WILL get paid out.

I am just sad that they do not have any availability for me to continue.

I first got a contract with them in 2017 and it was a poor choice I should have just bought the crypto but they initially stuck to their terms, I was paid out to start with. Later though I had allocated some mining power towards doge and had passed the minimum threshold for a payout and they didn't pay out. A few years ago I emailed customer support and was told it had been passed to the engineers and it was a problem that was getting looked into. I have written twice more since and have just been fobbed off with the same story that there is an issue that's just taking a long time to resolve. It seems to be a common issue reported here. Very disappointing that they are just holding my coins. I also don't really know where I stand with getting them back as the company is based in Iceland. I would avoid this company. Although they have paid out most of what they should have this issue has persisted for a long time and it sort of feels deliberate that they are just keeping coins because they can get away with it.

I keep asking their support to get my money back. I'm updated once a year (if any) with an automated message that tells me that IT is still working on it.

Lost a couple of thousand euros on this platform, that I will never see again. Don't make the same mistake and go eToro, probably the safest and easiest option in the game.

Biggest Scam in crypto. The only people who make money is genesis.

I have been wait now 3 years with dozen of emails and they still have not paid me out for the mining i purchased. imagine the interest i could have gotten in crypto for 3 years.

They reply for weeks and months saying sorry and will escalate it... still waiting.

Their customer service is very bad. I requested for a withdrawal of my btc. They took about 1 year to reply to my ticket. Even when they replied, they didnot provide a solution. They said my ticket will be resolved by the IT department. Since then, I'm still waiting.
This is very unprofessional. This is my hard earned money that I cannot lay hands on.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer support. They will get back to you within a few days, but they don't resolve the issue. I had built up a little BTC from mining. I noticed where I could change the payout threshold to get paid at smaller increments. I changed my payout amount on August 1. Everything I had accumulated up to that point was gone. No transaction, they simply started from scratch. I filed a support ticket. They finally answered and said they had turned it over to the tech team and they would get it resolved. I waited a few weeks and asked for an update and got the same response. It has now been nearly 4 months and I have received nothing from them. While you never get a complete payback from them for what you put in, at least you had a fighting chance to get something after making a dumb decision to invest with them. I truly believe it to be a loss for you no matter what level you buy in with or how long their terms are. I won't get into other issues as it has been far to long to provide the details, but this isn't my first issue with them. They currently owe me at least .0022 + BTC which is mover $100 so there is no reason not to have paid it out already. Regardless of their excuse, they have dropped the ball on this as it does not take 4 months to resolve an issue. Hopefully they will immediately get this taken care of, but I won't hold my breath. I would advise not to invest in any mining scheme as you will end up losing money no matter how good they appear to be.
