I needed a refill on my meds because I couldn’t get an appointment in time. So I got on here and made an appointment and the next morning my prescription was waiting at the pharmacy. I’m looking forward to seeing them again for my regular doctor and see how well that goes.

As a registered nurse manager of a Community Clinic, I cannot say enough wonderful things about general Medical! They are efficient and fast and not to mention. Eager to assist with anything. And not to mention. Eager to assist with anything. They're the doctor I saw was outstanding and I will continue with this practice! Everything has been 5 Stars. The ease of use is tremendous, well thought out system of care. Scheduling, Prescriptions, Blood test all have been easy and promptly addressed!!! I am not one to go to a doctor unless absolutely necessary!!! My Doctor listened to me and my thoughts of my immediate concern. Very compassionate and understanding and very easy to talk with can not stress this enough!!! Through proper medicine as this Doctor practices very diligent in there test. I may have other health risk occuring also that I was unaware of. My doctor wanted to retest to see with time if this is putting me at a health risk.

Generally I was happy with my experience. They made the referrals I was asking my doctor for and she thought she knew better for me! Im sorry, but who knows what's best for me? I think im qualified for that. Anyway I had low testosterone all the way around so I wanted a referral so I could get properly tested. Im now getting what I need and leaving my primary care doc in the weeds. Thanks to Doctor GOZMAN, and General Medical.

Convenient, thorough and very detailed. The physician was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I highly recommend the physician and company. The process was very easy and as the patient I was very well cared for.

This is the most economical way to see a doctor and get prescribed medicine. $30 for most minor concern visits. You can even chat instead of calling.

Ordered labs, and received an estimate for $0, covered by insurance. Performed labs at an in-network provider, but billed by facility as out of network because General Medicine used a provider that was out of state. Any telehealth provider should know that the provider must be in the state you are receiving care. Attempted to dispute charges, but they failed to respond and or assist in the matter.

Very attentive. Spent more time with me addressing concerns than my in person Doctor ever did. Very helpful.

Quick and knowledgeable

I had a great experience. The dr I seen was very knowledgeable and helpful. Healthcare around me has really declined and I currently do not have a primary doctor. I was very fortunate to have found this service. Thanks again

EXCELLENT!!!! EVERYONE was wonderful. I will only go to this Urgent Care from now on.... and it is a 20 minute drive for me.... I have two other Urgent Cares just a few minutes from me, but the trip to go to this UC is more than well worth the extra drive!!!!

General Medicine was quick and effective. They helped me when I was traveling and away from quick medical care. I was driving home and as soon as I got home my prescription was waiting for me and I was able to start to feel better immediately. I am so grateful for their help.

The doctors actually listen and try to help. They will be my go to when I can't get in or feel dismissed by local drs! Thanks General Med Docs!

Top notch customer service and the medical provider was pleasant and knowlegeable

excellent and fast service and communication

Everything was great and I was dealing with some pretty extensive things. I choose them because the wait was so long for in person visits locally (and I have great insurance). They organized things and placed orders for everything very quickly and had specialists that reviewed and provided suggestions, next steps and prescriptions when needed. I also can’t say enough about everyone I met with and how responsive the entire team was.

If I had one knock, it would be that it’s not easy to see the same person for your issue and you can’t really do that yourself or at least I couldn’t figure it out so I ended up seeing 3 different Drs/NPs for the same issue initially. However, for the last appointment, I communicated this to them beforehand and they made sure I saw the same NP from my previous appointment. Minor inconvenience and A++ experience overall.
