Very easy to use and convenient to not have to sit in a waiting room, Doctors and staff respond in a very timely manner , very easy to get orders for testing and medications

They listen to my needs, tried different things until they found something that worked.

I ended up needing two appointments but for $100 per appt it was more than worth it.

I lost my health insurance a couple of months ago and it’s been difficult to find something affordable since.

I also loved that I wasn’t rushed off and just told to go to urgent care like some other telehealth places.

I’m so grateful that I came across their services. 10/10

I tried to get appointments with specialists, change doctors, and referrals from my local PCP due to some very serious concerns about my blood work, tests, and symptoms and it was a nightmare. I was scared because I knew something was not right but no one cared. I told my fiance I was scared and felt like I was running out of time. Out of desperation I started looking for help online and came across General Medicine. They listened, got my case reviewed by much needed specialist, coordinated labs/tests/ procedures, and helped me find local specialists. Specialists that had appointments available right away with easy to work with office staff. Everything has been streamlined and I am getting answers. I am so thankful for this company, their providers, and support care team. They have reduced my stress, supported me through the process,and the communication is amazing. Additionally you do not have to wait 3-6 months to be seen. As a patient and a registered nurse I approve and recommend General Medicine. Absolutely amazing and I am thankful for every one of their providers that touched my case and cared. You all are making a positive difference and saving lives . Thank you !

I cannot say enough good things about General Medicine. I switched over after my regular doctor denied my prescription refill, leaving me in a tough spot. Not only did the doctor here handle my refill the exact same day, but the level of actual care and detail they put into my treatment plan is unmatched. They took the time to look at the whole picture—balancing my medications safely, checking in on other healing areas, and providing amazing practical advice for sleep and overall well-being. I finally feel heard and supported by a doctor. I tell everyone about this place!

I’ve been using General Medicine since March 2026. They are awesome. I’ve done text appointments and virtual appointments. Drs are thorough and caring. I’ve had labs ordered, along with Rx meds. They send rxs to my pharmacy choice. The process is super easy, but yes you do have to fill out medical history your first visit. But they need to know to make informed decisions about your care. I would highly recommend.

I needed my regular prescription refilled and didn’t realize my doctor was out of town. I cibtacted General Medicine and was able to get in within the hour. I spoke with a nurse practitioner via chat who went over my medical history and then sent in my refill. She was super helpful and even had some other suggestions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend!

Needed a prescription over a weekend I couldn’t get in to see my primary care. I scheduled a virtual visit through my insurance and paid my normal co pay. The NP I saw was amazing, very helpful and informative. At the end of the visit, she finished my care plan within the hour. Once that was done I selected my pharmacy and had my meds! The platform is very easy to use and understand.

Super convenient medical care! I’d been wanting to try a Rx acne cream and did not want to wait for dermatology visit, and it was convenient to upload info and a couple pics and have the Rx sent to my pharmacy. I love the asynchronous communication option.

Even though I was an established patient at my PCPs office and was in need of a current prescription refill, they would not call me in the prescription without being seen first.
I needed an inhaler so I can breathe.
They were not able to see me until Tuesday...5 days away....even though I was having shortness of breathe.
