They made me a custom ring
My ring size is 5.5, but it did not appear in the stock list on their product page, so I tried emailing them with my request. Then I saw that Gemx's customer service is very enthusiastic. They agreed to help me make a ring that fit my size, and all of the above additional services are free. Great company!

Very well made pair of earrings
The earrings are beautiful . They finally arrived; however I feel deceived when the company stated that it ships from the US when in reality item ships from Hong Kong! Sorry but 6 weeks waiting time is a bit too long for me! Product is very beautiful , but company has to work on better logistics!

Really Shady!
I thought I'd give this company a chance since I had a coupon. I wish I'd spent my money somewhere else.
I was wary of them at first because they claim the plating on their vermeil is more than 2x thicker than standard 2.5 microns. Sounds way too good to be true.
I have not verified whether or not this description is accurate, but given the quality of what I received, I sincerely doubt it is. The items are cute enough, but there are visible solder/tool marks on all of the connection loops. You have to squint to make them out, but there is a definite change in shine there if you look long enough from a distance. Each of the earrings has scratch marks. I'm not sure if these are from one of them coming unfastened during shipping or if they're manufacturing marks that were simply plated over. The earrings were not individually packed or secure as most reputable jewelry companies do for international shipping.
The shady part is regarding the location of their business. The site says they are located in Hong Kong. My items shipped from China and a return address in NEW JERSEY with the name crossed out. I'm really no OK doing business with this company every again.
Oh, and there's a GEMXCO925 engraved on the pieces. Super ugly. Visible from the front. Yuck.
