I live and work legally in the Netherlands and have Portuguese citizenship. I can provide all other documents, but Gemsloot insists on a Dutch ID for KYC. Because of this, I cannot even withdraw I earned honestly. Just because i have Dutch IP because i live and work last 4 in the country they asking for Dutch ID like wtf is that

Support completely ignored my explanations and refused to accept alternative documents, idk what is wrong with them. This is extremely frustrating and unfair for EU residents who don’t have a Dutch national ID.

It feels like they don’t care about legitimate users and block withdrawals unnecessarily. If you’re not a Dutch citizen, good luck getting your money — this site is essentially unusable for international EU residents. I said that can send proof and everything to them but they still ignoring.

Cool site to earn extra money

First of all, I'm very surprised I could confidently check 5 stars.
My experience on Gemsloot has been nothing but great so far. Sure, there has been 2 out of hundreds of offers that didn't credit (and offerwall support couldn't or wouldn't help). But in 2 other instances of missing payment or bugs, Gemsloot support just credited me, no annoying follow-up questions.

Out of all the GPT (Get-Paid-To) sites I've used, the support here is by far the best. Plus, the moderators actually have some "power" and aren't just annoying killjoys like on other sites.

If you want good support (granted, not the absolute fastest), decent payout amounts and very fast payouts.. Then try this one.

For reference, I'm a French user. Earned about $290 so far.

I've been using this website for about 2 years now. Completely legit. My only problem is that sometimes links to offers don't work which is a little inconvenient. Other than that, awesome website/app.

Edit: Okay so, unfortunately I'm gonna have to update this. I recently submitted a KYC due to holding funds. However it took at least two days for the site to review it, only to deny and ask for a two step verification. It's been fours days about to be five and still nothing. Contacted support but i heard it doesn't do anything. Honestly I just want my money but the support system and mods are not much help..
