I lost 40 euros because the identification process didn’t go through since I’m too old. I felt discriminated against and made fun of, on top of all the time wasted on the website. Terrible....

Probably because I deleted the account? Or was I supposed to leave it and keep getting scammed by you? The reason for the KYC rejection was only one: too old. I don’t understand what you’re apologizing for if you don’t back those words up with actions. I keep repeating that you provide a terrible service.

They have awesome offers and the payout is quick.

This website is genuniuely very amazing for those who want to earn money. i have been using this for around over a year now. The support is nice but takes a little bit of take from a range to 1 day to 2 weeks, but the providers for offers they have on here is great, some are good some are bad but thats just how it is. The owners are nice and helpful and the community always helps you when you need it.

I completed a casino offer on Gemsloot through their partner AdToWall, spending €75 of my own money based on a promotional campaign Gemsloot was running. AdToWall declined my reward claiming "no valid conversion". However, I contacted the casino directly, and their support team provided me with written proof that my account WAS successfully tracked to the affiliate. Despite presenting this concrete evidence that the tracking worked and the requirements were met, Gemsloot's support completely washed their hands of it and refused to help me escalate the issue. Do not spend your own money on their offerwalls, because if the partner refuses to pay, Gemsloot will not protect you even when you have proof.

UPDATE: After presenting written proof from the casino's KYC department confirming Affiliate ID 63113, Gemsloot responded by hiding behind their Terms of Service. They have made clear they will not take responsibility for their offerwall partners regardless of evidence. I have now filed formal complaints with ECC Sweden.

Honestly one of the better Get-Paid-To sites that actually are reliable and pay out near instantly depending on the time. The customer support always responds to my inquiries, and they offer great bundles for just downloading apps!

Cool site, lots of opportunities for rewards. However, I've had multiple offers that supposedly "didn't track", even though previous steps for the app/website went through and credited like normal. It's understandable that this is mostly in the hands of the sponsor themselves, however support was very unhelpful in communication throughout the process. I was unable to follow up after sending >2 messages in succession because it's "too many" when awaiting a reply back. Will not be using again in the future when my money's been at stake for so long without proper updates.

Helpful staff with good offers, even though it may take some time for withdrawals or customer support, it's still a decent site.

They didn't mention KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement when I signed up, and they say they'll pay my first $1.50 withdrawal if I complete KYC. If your personal data isn't that cheap, consider alternatives like Gain GG. I'll update my review if they fix this situation.

Overall the tracking is very good and reliable, plus they have plenty of good offers and differently types of offers. One of my favorite GPT sites it’s up there with the best. Would recommend to anyone that’s interested in GPT sites, give this one a try. I’ve only been using it for about a month and I’ve been able to withdraw multiple times

Gemsloot would've been a great experience, however the amount of times I've ran into issues receiving payouts is obnoxious. I started a complex raid offer, and when I saw rewards for early tasks I started to multi task. Picked a second game to try that I had never even heard of and did not receive any payouts. I contacted support and they told me that I probably already played the game. No proof or verification just an instant assumption on something I never heard of. I brushed it off and tried a few more, but decided to focus on the Raid one since it seemed to pay out correctly.

That is, until I completed the final task which was hit level 60 within 3 months for $100. I hit 60 in less than 2 months, and did not receive a payout. Contacted support with screenshots, and they said they had some delays in the payout processing. Over the course of 3 months of sporadic messages in the ticket they just repeated the same thing, before finally stopping their replies.

When they payout its decent, but factoring in the amount of time I wasted on tasks that did not process from various sources I would say they are not worth the effort and support is less than helpful the moment you DO run into issues.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with gemsloot. Super happy with them. Obviously not perfect but nonetheless I’m actually grateful for these guys.

Gemsloot is great, they have a great UI and amazing offers that you can earn. However, for me they have been taking a long time to pay out compared to other platforms at times. Sometimes its instant, sometimes it stuck in verification. Generally a great site to earn though.

Disappointed that they allowed one of their offer walls to force a “chargeback” on my account, without even contacting me to ask for further details or to inform me that this was going to happen. Hopefully not something that happens regularly, however I’m still confused as to why this took place.

One of the greatest, if not THE greatest play to earn app I have used. It quite literally blows the rest out of the water. I haven't had a single issue which is seriously crazyyyy.

Fast cash outs (instant once you verify), active mods in chat to help with random stuff, and best of all, a CRAP ton of games and offers to choose from. Affiliate system is solid and they added a new crazy feature where you literally get paid to simply install games.

Everything started fine, and i was able to make $200 pretty quickly, but then it's all downhill from there. A little more than half of the offers will track, and the offers that do track won't fully track everything. The pending timers i was ok with until i started seeing 30 day timers. That's crazy. And the reason for the 1 star and not 2 star rating is that I put in a support ticket for an offer, and after 13 days, they rejected my ticket, saying the offer wasn't available in Louisiana. That's fine, but I live in Massachusetts. I've never even been to Louisiana. They have a lot of work to do. Avoid it.

At first, I thought Gemsloot was a scam or just another waste of time, but so far I've been making money, and I thank their staff as well. They helped me when an offer wouldn't track. You all should try, just don't be lazy and actually do the offer, and you'll get paid

Seemed really good at first. Thought this was the first time a GPT site cared. They have virtually no support on tickets or their discord. Scam posts stay up for days. People posting nudity, calling people pedophiles. Not a mod in sight. Now for the website portion. Today they nuked every original offer by then on there. People were days into games and all of our games pay changed in an instant. Nothing small either, I'm talking 70% decreases. My offer specifically I'd spent 10 hours in some of the end goals were $240 combined because they're difficult and they are now $30 combined. Changing pay mid offer is slimy business. Tickets take months with no response on their own games. You either die a hero or live long enough to become the gemsloot I mean villain.
